 E-CAMPUS System is to generate an accurate and
very efficient automated information system, which
uses a crystal report technique.
 Windows application

 The existing system like college information system
and student information system solves the some tasks
in education administration
 It does not supports the data management system as
per the requirements of professional governing
boardings such as NBA, AICTE, MHRD or government
agencies.
 It does not supports data analysis and report
generation.

 Keeps track of college information , faculty
information , students information and seat
allotment procedures etc.
 It generates the report that are ready to submit in the
form for the professional boardies like NBA, AICTE
etc.

 Microsoft visual studio-2008(for designing this
windows application)
 Microsoft SQL Server (for designing database)

 Microsoft SQL

 No hardware component is used in this system

 C# (c-sharp)
Using- .net framework 3.5

 Add new user
 Add college info for the specific colleges

 The E-CAMPUS system going to be developed can be
used to keep track of college information , faculty
information , students information and seat
allotment procedures etc.
 The students information can be added to the
database using either form or using excel sheet.
 It generates the report using crystal report technique

 The scope of the project is the system on which the
software is installed, i.e. the project is developed as a
windows application, and it will work for Several
institutes.
 Our system moves with time i.e. allow for maintenance
and upgradation.
 System is user friendly because the retrieval and
storing of data is fast and data is maintained
efficiently.

 The proposed system supports the data management,
data analysis and report generation.
 The report generation of the proposed system is done
using crystal reports.
 The systems generates information to be presented in
ready to submit format for the professional boardings
such as NBA, AICTE, MHRD or government agencies.
