Introduction
Attendance System is an application which is
used to maintain the information of the student.
This application allows the student to showcase
their attendance. Other users can also view the
art and know the details of the art like name of
the student details, exam routine, time to class
belonged. A parent can take the details of the of
the along with the contribution and donation is
also recorded. Class details of the student are
mentioned which contains name, room place,
teacher code, course code.

• Develop and implement web based attendance system.
• The project provides us the information about student
record.

• The system must provide the flexibility of generating the
required documents.

Limitation of the System
We can not take online exams.
We can not send SMS or Email to the
parent or student.
The system has no “forgot password”
option.
 We have no online class functionality
 the system has no online resume builder
functionality .

Future Plan of the Project
• Talent management of students based on their
performance evaluation can be added.
• Social networking can also be added wherein
students can interact with each other.
• Online class functionality can be added.
• Can evolve as an online institution.
• Functionality of chat and messages can be added.
• Online exam functionality can be added.
• Online resume builder functionality can also be
added.
• Online Email for the student absence to the parent.

Conclusion
This app helps the faculties to reduce their
work stress by reducing the time and
calculations required to update the
attendance manually. The various levels of
management personals are utilizing the app
in variety of ways like, viewing the
attendance, performance the information
for various decision making analysis.
