Embedded System Practicum Module for Increase Student Comprehension of Microc...TELKOMNIKA JOURNAL
The result of applying the embedded system in education for students is successfully applied in
university. On the other side, many people in Indonesia use smart equipment’s (Hand phone, Remote), but
none of those equipments are used in education. University as the source of knowledge should overcome
the problem by encouraging the students to use a technology with learning about it first. Embedded
System Practicum Module Design needs a prototype method so that the practicum module that is desired
can be made. This method is often used in real life. A prototype considered of a part of a product that
expresses logic and physical of external interface that is being displayed and this method will fully depend
on user contentment. Embedded System Practicum Module Design is made to increase student
comprehension of embedded system course and to encourage students to innovate, so that many
technologies will be developed and also to help lecturers deliver course subjects. With this practicum it is
hoped that the student comprehension will increase significantly. The result of this research is a decent
practicum module, hardware or software that can help students to know better about technology and the
course subjects so that it will encourage the students to create an embedded system technology. The
result of the test has been done; there is an increase of learning value obtained by 7.8%.

IRJET- Online Programming Assessment and Evaluation Platform in Education SystemIRJET Journal
The document describes an online programming assessment and evaluation platform for educational institutions. It proposes developing a system that allows HODs to assign batches to faculty, who can then create programming assignments and assessments with test cases. Students would access the system to complete assignments, which would be automatically compiled and evaluated. The system would provide performance feedback to students and reduce the effort of manual evaluation. It would be built with an Angular front-end and Spring Boot APIs backend, with compilation handled in the cloud. A chatbot is also proposed to help students with doubts. The system aims to make programming assessment more efficient and accessible while improving students' coding skills.
This document describes the development of an alumni record system mobile application. The application aims to facilitate interaction between current students, alumni, and the college administration. It allows users to update profiles, view events, communicate via chat, and more. The application was developed using Android studio with a MySQL backend database. It follows the waterfall software development process model with phases like requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing etc. The application aims to address issues with the previous manual record keeping system and provide a centralized online platform for alumni interaction and engagement.
The document describes an online examination system project created by 4th year computer science students. The proposed system aims to automate the exam process for a college and reduce costs and issues with the current manual system. It would allow instructors to create and upload exam questions online, and students to take timed exams via computer and immediately receive results. The system is intended to save time and resources compared to printing, distributing and grading physical exam papers. It also aims to increase security and reduce cheating opportunities during exams.
This document provides a summary of a final project report for a MobiQuiz system. The system allows students to take exams using SMS on mobile phones or through an online interface. It aims to reduce resource scarcity and paper-based work for educational institutions. Key sections include requirements gathering and analysis, project planning and methodology, system design details, and deployment information. The system provides features for faculty to create and schedule exams and for students to take and submit exams on their mobile phones or online.
This document describes a web application called Live Classes for online teaching and learning. It has three modules - Admin, Instructor, and User. The Admin manages instructors and users, and assigns instructors to enrolled courses. The application is built using Next JS and stores data in Firebase. It allows instructors to post lessons and interact with students, and students can view courses, ask questions, and complete assignments to earn certificates. The proposed system aims to implement e-learning more effectively compared to traditional manual systems.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has revolutionized the creation of images and videos, enabling the generation of highly realistic and imaginative visual content. Utilizing advanced techniques like Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and neural style transfer, AI can transform simple sketches into detailed artwork or blend various styles into unique visual masterpieces. GANs, in particular, function by pitting two neural networks against each other, resulting in the production of remarkably lifelike images. AI's ability to analyze and learn from vast datasets allows it to create visuals that not only mimic human creativity but also push the boundaries of artistic expression, making it a powerful tool in digital media and entertainment industries.

Decolonizing Universal Design for LearningFrederic Fovet
UDL has gained in popularity over the last decade both in the K-12 and the post-secondary sectors. The usefulness of UDL to create inclusive learning experiences for the full array of diverse learners has been well documented in the literature, and there is now increasing scholarship examining the process of integrating UDL strategically across organisations. One concern, however, remains under-reported and under-researched. Much of the scholarship on UDL ironically remains while and Eurocentric. Even if UDL, as a discourse, considers the decolonization of the curriculum, it is abundantly clear that the research and advocacy related to UDL originates almost exclusively from the Global North and from a Euro-Caucasian authorship. It is argued that it is high time for the way UDL has been monopolized by Global North scholars and practitioners to be challenged. Voices discussing and framing UDL, from the Global South and Indigenous communities, must be amplified and showcased in order to rectify this glaring imbalance and contradiction.
This session represents an opportunity for the author to reflect on a volume he has just finished editing entitled Decolonizing UDL and to highlight and share insights into the key innovations, promising practices, and calls for change, originating from the Global South and Indigenous Communities, that have woven the canvas of this book. The session seeks to create a space for critical dialogue, for the challenging of existing power dynamics within the UDL scholarship, and for the emergence of transformative voices from underrepresented communities. The workshop will use the UDL principles scrupulously to engage participants in diverse ways (challenging single story approaches to the narrative that surrounds UDL implementation) , as well as offer multiple means of action and expression for them to gain ownership over the key themes and concerns of the session (by encouraging a broad range of interventions, contributions, and stances).
