Project
Online Satsang Exams is being launched because a need for a destination that is
helpful for both satsang center and devotees.
The purpose of on-line test is to take online test in a proper manner and no time
wasting for checking the paper.
The main objective of on-line test is to gives fast results and reduce the manual
paper checking work by automated generate result.

ScoPe of
work
The Administration can provides questions with respective exam levels. There are three types of
different exam levels,
1) for small age devotee.

““OOllddeerr DDeevvootteeee””
2) for young age devotee.
3) for old age devotee.
4) Devotee can login with their id and password after then select an exam level for exam and can read
instructions about exam and after complete exam or timing over devotee can view their result.

An exiSting SyStem
 The existing system is manual entry of up keeping of the details of the devotees who
are registered already.
 Some of devotees very difficult from far distance to reach the exam center.
 waste of paper to print a number of exam papers and results
 In existing system report generation is very difficult it is done by manually difficult to
find out previous details.
 Devotees can not view their result at a time.

 Devotees can read and download books for exam preparation.

 Each field is mandatory to register new devotees.
 Each field have appropriate validation for valid data enter.

 Admin can login with Login ID & Password.

 Admin has many privileges to Change Student Details,
Question Bank, Exam and Change Password.

 Subject name is display for particular select exam level
 Admin have to must fill up all fields to add question
 Click on “Add Question” button to add the question in question paper.

 Question, their options with correct option automatically fill up when admin enter question
no. and click on “Click” button.
 After made changes in question click on “Update Question” button to update the question

 User can login with registered Login ID & Password.

UUsseerr WWeellccoommee PPaaggee
 User select level for exam according to his/her age belongs. There are three level.
1. Kids devotee
2. Yong devotee
3. Older devotee
 After select level click on “Next” button to read instructions.

 After Reading instructions user can select “Next” button to START EXAM.

EExxaamm PPaaggee
 User can select only one correct option of the question.
 User can click on submit button to submit the exam paper before time is over.
 When the time is over the exam paper automatically submit and generate the result.

RReessuulltt PPaaggee
 After submit the exam paper it generate the result of exam paper.
 Result gives Total marks, number of questions is correct and number of question is wrong or not
attempted.

Future Enhancement
 Upload a new book for different level of devotees.
 Add new functionality “Set Exam” for the changes in positive and negative marks
and exam time of exam paper.
 Add new privileges to admin for making changes in Devotees detail.
 Provide result in well define format and also send to Email address of the devotee.
 Store results to generate report
 Add more subjects in each exam level.
