Digital case paper is to be designed with user friendly interface which can beneficial to patients. Users must be able to get the information within a minute without wastage of time. The implementation of system is primarily as a means to improve the patient service. It provides the security of data and ensure data accuracy. It also minimizes manual data entry.

Abstract
Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA) helps to overcome various difficulties in future technology wireless communications. NOMA, when utilized with millimeter wave multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems, channel estimation becomes extremely difficult. For reaping the benefits of the NOMA and mm-Wave combination, effective channel estimation is required. In this paper, we propose an enhanced particle swarm optimization based long short-term memory estimator network (PSOLSTMEstNet), which is a neural network model that can be employed to forecast the bandwidth required in the mm-Wave MIMO network. The prime advantage of the LSTM is that it has the capability of dynamically adapting to the functioning pattern of fluctuating channel state. The LSTM stage with adaptive coding and modulation enhances the BER.PSO algorithm is employed to optimize input weights of LSTM network. The modified algorithm splits the power by channel condition of every single user. Participants will be first sorted into distinct groups depending upon respective channel conditions, using a hybrid beamforming approach. The network characteristics are fine-estimated using PSO-LSTMEstNet after a rough approximation of channels parameters derived from the received data.

3. Abstract
This project is an object oriented program that the establishment and
improvement of hospital -patient interaction system is a very important
requirement, especially now when the communication technology is developing
rapidly. The proposed system of the projects, develop a hospital - patient
interaction system for booking and searching the nearby hospital on android
application platform to meet the needs of the patient and provide doctors more
efficient and convenient means of communication with patients.
4. AIM OF THE PROJECT
The establishment and improvement of hospital -patient interaction system is a very
important requirement, especially now when the communication technology is
developing rapidly.
The proposed system of the projects, develop a hospital - patient interaction system
for booking and searching the nearby hospital on android application platform to
meet the needs of the patient and provide doctors more efficient and convenient
means of communication with patients.
The advantages of web can be made full use of to make up the time and distance
gap between hospital and patients and to provide fast and adequate medical
services.
Through the connection between user terminals and specific service, both doctors
and patients are able to obtain required data to achieve a better interaction.
The platform, android services and database technology are all gradually maturing.
5. OBJECTIVE OF THIS PROJECT
Doctor appointment system is used to making easy for doctor and patient
interaction.
In this project, between the doctor and patient conversation is going to
through online. User not need to wait for booking appointment
The main objective of this project is to develop a website for a medical
clinic to provide an efficient and economical way of making appointments
and help in all the related task
In hospital doctor time table management, queue management and
patient appointments exportations.
it is also required that doctors can easily see all the upcoming
appointments and give the results to these appointments to the patients.

17. Using Language and Compiler
To build this”Doctor Appointment” I have use JAVA and JAVA Script
language.
To build this Appointment l have used some user define function and
class and also picture(.PNG)to maintain Appointment.
In this Appointment I have used “NetBeans IDE 8.2”Compiler with
graphics.
18. Conclusion
Prime lucidity that online appointment scheduling is attaining popularity
every day is that it assists the patient to make appointments to different
doctors, clinics or hospitals in a much flexible manner.
It can be easily performed by using computers, accessing a software or
website and making an appointment, rather than going to the hospital, waiting
in a queue for longer hours only to make an appointment for the forthcoming
weeks or months.
From this, patients can indulge in decisions made. Making an appointment
to a doctor is made by nothing more than a click.
19. FUTURE ENHANCEMENT
In Future work, This application to develop a cross platforms like IOS, etc.
In adding the more features of hospital appointment booking management
system to develop access with user’s flexibility.
To authenticate the users based on the system users list which is maintained
by the operating system
To restrict the usage of all files by the users based on their privileges on the
system
