The system was designed only for Android based handset which was another drawback too. Last but not least there was no mobile feature for patients and doctors towards rescheduling appointment, looking for appointments and also receiving notification for appointment. So taking these aspects into consideration Intelligent Mobile Appointment scheduling and Medicine collection had been developed. The system however possesses the intelligence towards automatic calling of patient based on priority for appointment scheduling. Also system would enforce the timing constraints towards making, rescheduling and cancelling appointment. Last but not least the pharmacy side possess feature towards serving and declining medicine issuing for patients too in addition to sending notification on mobile for collection. The implementation been carried out using Php, MYSQL, HTML5, Dreamweaver CSS4 and 6, JQuery.

7. EXISTING SYSTEM
In an existing system patients has to go to the hospital and wait in a queue at the appointment desk to
make the reservation and get an appointment.
But they generally finish up waiting endlessly for very long time intervals.
The patient might choose to fix an appointment, but this choice is not possible at all times and does
not likely work well for all people involved in the system.
People involved are as follows: The medical personnel, the hospital and the patient.
The patient longs for effortlessly convenient and accessible times. When they cannot discover a quick
enough appointment they feel like waiting endlessly (Duration between scheduling and the
appointment being made available).
The patient also expects to be seen all of a sudden or within few minutes of their visit to the hospital
or clinic (whether an appointment has been scheduled earlier or not).

17. CONCLUSION
Prime lucidity that online appointment scheduling is attaining popularity every day is that it assists the patient to
make appointments to different doctors, clinics or hospitals in a much flexible manner.
It can be easily performed by using computers, accessing a software or website and making an appointment,
rather than going to the hospital, waiting in a queue for longer hours only to make an appointment for the
forthcoming weeks or months.
From this, patients can indulge in decisions made. Making an appointment to a doctor is made by nothing more
than a click.
