Introduction:
We had a summer training course in our university for 12 weeks. The course was all about how to
build a software, based on training management system. The Summer Training Management
System is a productivity software which helps organization meet its employee competency needs.
It’s built with “JAVA & ANDROID ”. In this course students learned how to build this kind of
software. facilitates Training Management System of organizations, with its convenient, easy-to-
use, and online features allowing organizations to allocate more resources in planning and decision
making than administrative work.
Manifesto:
The summer training system is an automated system. The aim of this system is to manage the
process of the summer training course automatically in an appropriate way. It offers an extensive
selection of course facilities and classes with well-trained instructors. All students need to apply
for membership and pay the course fees to the university. Special discounted memberships are
available to students. Each member has an account number and the university maintains all
information about each member
Project Description:
The new proposed system helps manage the data easily. Members will be able to register and
manage their particulars from anywhere. The proposed system will reduce the response time and
redundancy significantly. The new system reduces the chances of fraud. The system generates bills
every month and sends it to the members. It makes checking schedules for class easy both for the
members and the management. Members will be able to schedule personal classes easily. The new
system makes it easy to inform all the members about important announcements.
• Online Forum –Allows participants to share post training experience, related resources,
and comments.
• Survey –online survey even on non-training related matters (e.g., team building venue)
• Employee Suggestion –facilitates training or non-training related suggestions scheme for
company, which can be reviewed and approved.
• Organizational and Personal Calendar –Keeps you on track of company training and
events, while allowing you to keep personal schedules to your own viewing.
• Sticky Notes–An electronic Post-it, which can help remind you of your deadlines and
deliverables.
• Email &Instant Messenger –Send and receive information on all training-related
activities to people involved.
• Performance Evaluation –Online evaluation of employees, essential for competence
monitoring and training identification
• Documents uploading –Provision for uploading of documents for knowledge sharing.
• Employee Profile –Database of all employees all related information.

Problem Identification:
• Errors: Since the system here is maintained manually by staff, it is common for errors to
occur. Errors can affect the university financially, legally, and affect its goodwill.
• Time: The current system required a lot of time to enter the data because the staff has to
write it down on the paper. Apart from that, the staff has to check it properly while writing
so that there are no errors.
• Search: To search for any information from the files, the staff has to go to the storage room
and search for the file manually. This is a tedious and time-consuming job. The workers,
as well as the members of the course, will not be satisfied with the slow process of
searching data.
• Information Theft: Information theft and information leak can happen in the university
because the staff has access to the files as there is no login system to only allow certain
people to view documents.
• Disaster Security: In the current system, the data is stored in a storage facility in the files.
In-case of any disaster like fire, flood, etc., the data will be permanently lost. This will
prove fatal for the university because they will lose members, staff, and critical business
information. The university will not be able to evaluate the information of anything and
hence will go into financial loses very quickly.
Feasibility Study:
A feasibility study examines the practicability of an idea, a project, or even a new business. The
objective of the feasibility study is to place accentuation on latent issues that could befall if the
project is sought after and decide whether, after every substantial factor is taken into account, the
project should be pursued or not. It enables organizations to determine all of the obligatory details
to make a business prosperous. A feasibility study distinguishes strategic issues, and almost all
business-related issues, alongside provide answers to lighten them. The operational (will it work?),
economical (cost and benefits), and technical (can it be built?) aspects are part of the study.
• Web based. Users including analysts, designers, developers, instructors, evaluators,
managers and so forth, should be able to access the data anytime and from anywhere with
only Browser.
• Store all data in centralized relational database. This include knowledge, systems, jobs,
skills etc.
• Facilitate data exchange among various users along various steps as well as feedback.
• Preserve efficiency, tasks, training activities, courses, lessons, learning objectives, and so
forth that could be impacted by a change to a mission, system, policy or guide.
• All activities store in the core server

Conclusion:
In conclusion, we all know that training and development programs are important for a University
to develop the student. When a child was born he required constant touch of parents till he stood
on his own feet. An organization through flowered by creams of the society, still training is
required due to rapid technological up-gradation and change in working methods every day. The
training aims at continued self-development of the students. Students are expected to develop
themselves continuously in a university. When the students in a university are developed from
time to time with all updated knowledge, then definitely that organization will grow to a greater
height.
