This document describes a proposed web-based student fees management system that aims to automate the fees payment process and reduce human errors. The system would have two types of users: administrators and students. Administrators could add, edit, and view student details and fees information. Students could log in to view their account details and generate challans or payment receipts. The system would store fees data and payment information in a centralized database. This would make the fees collection process more efficient by eliminating manual challan generation and reducing data entry errors. It could also allow generating reports and accessing student finance details easily. The proposed system aims to streamline fees management using an online portal with a secure backend database.
