Online Exams System fulfils the requirements of the institutes to conduct the exams online. They do not have to go to any software developer to make a separate site for being able to conduct exams online. They just have to register on the site and enter the exam details and the lists of the students which can appear in the exam.
This document describes a study that combined usability heuristics with Markov models of user behavior to assess interactive system effectiveness. Researchers developed a method to calculate an overall system effectiveness score by combining subjective user ratings based on a usability framework with an objective measure of average clicks predicted by a Markov model. They applied this method to compare an old and new version of an e-commerce website. Results showed the new site received significantly higher effectiveness scores, and its average clicks were accurately predicted by the Markov model, supporting the combined quantitative/qualitative approach.
The document discusses systems theory and methodologies. It provides definitions of key concepts in systems theory such as open vs closed systems. It also describes different system development methodologies including the waterfall model, prototyping model, and rapid application development (RAD) model. The waterfall model involves sequential stages of requirements, design, implementation, verification and maintenance. Prototyping involves building scaled-down versions of the system to help determine requirements. RAD model involves developing components in parallel and assembling them into a working prototype to get early user feedback.
This document discusses systems theory and methodologies. It provides information on open vs closed systems, system concepts like hierarchy and boundaries, and different system development methodologies including waterfall, prototyping, and rapid application development (RAD). The waterfall model involves sequential stages of requirements, design, implementation, verification, and maintenance. Prototyping builds a scaled down working version of the system to help determine requirements. RAD involves parallel development of components in short time boxes to quickly provide a working prototype for feedback. Information systems in firms are used for operational excellence, productivity, efficiency, agility, developing new products/services, customer intimacy, improved decision making, and competitive advantage.
The document discusses information systems and the system development life cycle (SDLC). It begins by defining an information system and its components. It then discusses different types of information systems like transaction processing systems and management information systems. It also covers the role of database management systems in information systems. CoVID-19 sprang up in Wuhan China in November 2019 and was declared a pandemic by the in January 2020 World Health Organization (WHO). Like the Spanish flu of 1918 that claimed millions of lives, the COVID-19 has caused the demise of thousands with China, Italy, Spain, USA and India having the highest statistics on infection and mortality rates. Regardless of existing sophisticated technologies and medical science, the spread has continued to surge high. With this COVID-19 Management System, organizations can respond virtually to the COVID-19 pandemic and protect, educate and care for citizens in the community in a quick and effective manner. This comprehensive solution not only helps in containing the virus but also proactively empowers both citizens and care providers to minimize the spread of the virus through targeted strategies and education.

Abstract
Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA) helps to overcome various difficulties in future technology wireless communications. NOMA, when utilized with millimeter wave multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems, channel estimation becomes extremely difficult. For reaping the benefits of the NOMA and mm-Wave combination, effective channel estimation is required. In this paper, we propose an enhanced particle swarm optimization based long short-term memory estimator network (PSOLSTMEstNet), which is a neural network model that can be employed to forecast the bandwidth required in the mm-Wave MIMO network. The prime advantage of the LSTM is that it has the capability of dynamically adapting to the functioning pattern of fluctuating channel state. The LSTM stage with adaptive coding and modulation enhances the BER.PSO algorithm is employed to optimize input weights of LSTM network. The modified algorithm splits the power by channel condition of every single user. Participants will be first sorted into distinct groups depending upon respective channel conditions, using a hybrid beamforming approach. The network characteristics are fine-estimated using PSO-LSTMEstNet after a rough approximation of channels parameters derived from the received data.

8. Overview
8
“Student Portal: An Android Application for institutional
Services” the platform is conceived as an online based
Institutional help android mobile application.
By using our application people get all services of an
educational institute such as looking account details in app
and get details of transactions to recognize and get other
information like academic result, routine, education material
in app and notify by authority
9. Objectives
9
To make an easy platform for a students to get any
Institutional help.
To notify students from anywhere any time, so it will
reduce their valuable time.
To allow each student for quality Institutional and
educational service.
To allow a student to create their profile and keep
Institutional history.
To maintain quality of Institutional management.
10. Pros & Cons

Data Flow Diagram
Data-flow diagram is a way of
representing a flow of a data of a
system. It provides information
about the outputs and inputs of
each entity and the process itself.
This data-flow diagram has no
control flow, there are no
decision rules and no loops.

Statement
Today, almost 90% plus student have mobile devices in their palms as
communication technology. Instead of websites, mobile apps are
trending. It is the Era of technology and when it comes to institutional
services and educational care, the institution managements are
required to take prompt decisions and implement them timely in order
to fast the information and data pass process. So here we discussed
how the application is helping the educational society as a whole in
providing accurate and prompt services to the students.
The name of our project is – “A Complete
Android Application for Student Portal System”. We
have face different problems to prepare this project. Finally,
we have succeeded to prepare our project.
