needed or required to sell, announce events, or
provide information.
2. Notice Board is primary thing in any
institution or public utility places like bus
stations, railway stations.
3. Nowadays Moving message displays are
becoming a global replacement.
4. Reduces paper consumptions as well as
saves trees.

Smart Notice board is one kind
of device that smartly provide
notices via updated system with
avoiding old system of processing
a notice on a board.

Arduino is an open source prototyping
platform, based on easy to use hardware and
software.
In this project, we will develop a
microcontroller or an Arduino board based
system which keeps our features with the goals
of making a smart notice board.
Accessing the android app we can send the
text of notices from smart phone to Bluetooth
module which is connected with ardiuno and
breadboard circuits.
Programmed ardiuno reads the texts and send
it to the LCD display to show the notices need
for concern.
And at the same time it will provide a sound

Environment
The Arduino integrated development environment
(IDE) is a cross-platform application
(for Windows, macOS, Linux) that is written in the
programming language Java. It is used to write and
upload programs to Arduino board.
The Arduino IDE supplies a software library from
the Wiring project, which provides many common input
and output procedures.
The Arduino IDE employs the program avrdude to
convert the executable code into a text file in
hexadecimal encoding that is loaded into the Arduino
board by a loader program in the board's firmware.
