This document proposes a new digital signature algorithm called BioGamal that combines DNA encryption/decryption and Elgamal encryption/decryption techniques. It aims to improve security and reduce computational complexity compared to the existing PlayGamal algorithm. The BioGamal algorithm first generates a message digest using SHA hashing. It then encrypts this digest using a hybrid of DNA encryption and Elgamal encryption to create a digital signature. This signature is sent to the receiver. The receiver decrypts the signature using the hybrid decryption approach and verifies it by comparing message digests. Experimental results show the BioGamal algorithm has significantly lower encryption and decryption times than PlayGamal for numeric, alphanumeric and alphabetic
