At times while claiming their conveyance allowance, employees overstate their kilometers than actual traveled leading to non productive expense for the employer.
We have created Employee Tracker to arrest this wastage of time & eventually increase the productivity for the organization. With Employee Tracker you can monitor and examine the time and movements of your staff in the field. You can also find out the exact kilometer an employee has travelled in a day with a route map to authenticate the same.

Abstract
Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA) helps to overcome various difficulties in future technology wireless communications. NOMA, when utilized with millimeter wave multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems, channel estimation becomes extremely difficult. For reaping the benefits of the NOMA and mm-Wave combination, effective channel estimation is required. In this paper, we propose an enhanced particle swarm optimization based long short-term memory estimator network (PSOLSTMEstNet), which is a neural network model that can be employed to forecast the bandwidth required in the mm-Wave MIMO network. The prime advantage of the LSTM is that it has the capability of dynamically adapting to the functioning pattern of fluctuating channel state. The LSTM stage with adaptive coding and modulation enhances the BER.PSO algorithm is employed to optimize input weights of LSTM network. The modified algorithm splits the power by channel condition of every single user. Participants will be first sorted into distinct groups depending upon respective channel conditions, using a hybrid beamforming approach. The network characteristics are fine-estimated using PSO-LSTMEstNet after a rough approximation of channels parameters derived from the received data.

This application is meant for fieldwork Employers.
The Employee will have this application in his android phone, when the
user will login to the system his image will be captured and his GPS
location will be send to the admin where admin will view image and GPS
location in web application.
When employee logout the system again the image is captured as well as
GPS location will be send to the admin.
Thought this product it is very easy to track an employee.
Salary of employee depend on the tracking hours.
Through this application, work can be properly done because this
application has track of time, location and coordinates.
3. Product Perspective:
It is very difficult to manage where employee went for fieldwork. How
much time they work. They may be went to field work or not. They went
but they place their cell phone on field work and they went for other
activity.
Through this application, we manage our employee tracking. Through
this application we manage location and time period in which they work.
Through coordinates we manage that employee are on the field or only
their phone are on field because through coordinate we check the
movement of employee.
4. User and Characteristics:
Employee: Delivers work according to the system.
Admin: Overall administrator of the system (Android Employee Tracker).
Controls all the functionalities. Has highest priority in the system.
HR: Just like a manager. HR can view and control all the activities of the
system.
Assumption and Dependencies:
This application will only run when internet is available (for both android
and website). Only the Android phone with internet connectivity and
location services can use this application. Application is use within the
country and in worldwide.
5. Design & Implementation:
The Android Employee Tracker is the combination of android
application (for employees) and a website (for admin/HR). The Android
application will be developed in JAVA using android studio. There will be
a central database (MySQL) for storage of data. The android application
should work very well with the all the Android OS from Lollipop and
above.
The website will be developed using PHP, AJAX, JavaScript,
Bootstrap. Website will also connected to the central database. For the
security of the website of the system, SSL certificate will be used (for
encryption of data send and received from the database). The website
should work fine with all the latest browsers including Google Chrome,
Firefox, MS Edge.
9. Functional Requirements:
Add Employee:
Primary Actor: Admin, HR
Stakeholder and interests:
Admin/HR: Wants to add new employee to the system to track his/her workhours in
the field and monitor location during workhours and calculate salary depending on
workhours spent in the field.
Pre-conditions:
Admin/HR is identified and authenticated.
New employee is not registered before in the system.
Post-conditions:
Admin/HR has successfully added the new employee to the system.
10. Major Success scenario:
1. Admin/HR enters employee details (first Name, last Name, email, dob, address
etc.) in the form and submits.
2. All the information entered is stored in the central database.
3. A confirmation “Successfully entered new employee record” message is displayed.
Alternative Flows:
1. If the new employee details matches with the already existing employee than it will
show the error message “Employee already exists” on the screen.
2. It will prompt the admin/HR to re-enter the correct employee details.
Special Requirements:
In case of any failure, System can recover the data.

HR: Wants to view the location of an employee to know about the

Admin/HR view the location history of an employee.
Admin/HR checks the workhours spent by an employee.

1. Admin/HR selects the employee from the employees list (both logged in
offline employees).
2. Admin/HR view the current location of an logged in employee.
3. Admin/HR view the location history of any employee by selecting date from
calendar.

1. If employee is already logout, then last known location of employee will be
displayed to the admin/HR.
2. If employee location history for entered date/time doesn’t exist than an

System will periodically updates the current location and captures an image
logged in employee after every five minutes.
13. If employee was logged in, but his internet connection is lost or some
other problem (mobile battery down) occurs than system will check his/her
status after every 15 minutes until he gets connected.
If system can’t connect to the employee for an hour then system will
automatically update the status of employee as logged out and no further
location is tracked.

When the admin/HR wants to check the location of an employee who is

14. Check Salary:

GPS location of logged in employee and updates the database.
