How To Use School Management?
Log in page : At First Go To Wordpress And Login Page
Will Come Then Username & Password. You Will Need to Click on the login button।
Deshbaord Page :
Then the page like the image above will come. This page is called a Dashboard.

School Management Dashboard Page :
Then click on School Management. Then the page like the image above will come।

Class : First, finish the class work. Click on Class and click on Add Class.
Then the page like the image above will come. Class Name, Numeric Class Name, Students
Capacity in Section Add By clicking Add Class. Class Add will be added.

Then the page like the image above will come. The other boxes are to be filled. Star mark
boxes must be filled out.
Then Class, Class Section, Roll Number, First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Gender, Date
of Birth, Address, City, State, Zip Code, Mobile Number, Phone Number, Email Address, User
Name, Enter password। Then Picture upload By clicking Add Student. Then click on the
Student List
Student Page :
Then click on Student. Then Add New Student .click on the button

Then click on the Student List
Pages like the images above will come. All Student's information will be submitted in Student
Here, student information can be edited and deleted.

Parent Page : Click on parent and click Add New Parent.
There will be a page like the image above. This is Add New Parent Page.
The above image boxes have to be filled. First Name, Middle Name, Last Name,
Gender, Date of Birth, Child, Relation, Address, City, State, Zip Code, Mobile
Number, Phone Number, Email Address, User Name, Enter Password । Then Picture
upload You can click on Add Parent.

Pages like the images above will come .Parent All parent information will be
submitted in the list। Here Parent information can be edited and deleted.

Teacher Page : Click on Teacher and click Add New Teacher.
First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Address, City, State, Zip
Code, Mobile Number, Phone Number, Email Address, Working Hour, Position, User
Name, Enter Password. Then upload the picture and click Add Teacher.

Pages like the images above will come. Teacher's information will be
submitted to all Teacher's information. Here, Teacher information can
be edited and deleted.

Subject Page : Click on the Subject and click on Add Subject.
Pages like the images above will come this is the add Subject page.
The above image boxes have to be filled.
Subject Name, Teacher, Class, Class Section, Edition, Author Name box must be
filled.
Upload Syllabus file and click on Add Subject. Subject will be added.

After adding Subject, click on Subject List. Subject all information will be submitted to
Subject Here, Subject information can be edited and deleted.

Class Routine : Click on Class Routine and click Add Route.
The above image boxes have to be filled. The above image boxes have to be

Attendance : Attendance is the presence of teacher and student.
The above figure is the Category Attendance page. Date, Select Class, Select
Class Section Click on Take / View Attendance and select Class Attendance
information.

Class, Teacher, Class Section, Subject, Start Date, The above image boxes
have to be filled. Add Click on Route. Routine will be added. Click on Route .
Routine will be added.
After adding the Routine, click on Route List. All the routine information will
be submitted in the Subject List Clicking on any class will show Routine Show
like the image above.
