This document describes the development of an e-ticketing system. The key points are: 1. The current manual ticket reservation system is slow and has limited capacity, so an online reservation system was created to improve efficiency. 2. The online system allows for automated ticket booking over the internet to address issues with long queues and limited reservations in the manual process. 3. The system was designed with programming and database techniques to digitize the ticket reservation process in a secure and validated way.
