OVERVIEW OF COMPANY
 ONGC is an Indian multinational oil
and gas company .
 It produces around 69% of India’s
crude oil (equivalent to around 30%
of the country’s total demand) and
around 62% of its natural gas.
 It is ranked 17th among top 250 Global
Energy Companies.
 The crude oil is the raw material used
by downstream companies like IOCL,
BPCL, HPCL to produce Petroleum
products like Petrol, Diesel, Kerosene,
Naphtha, Cooking gas-LPG.At Ahmedabad asset,
Sabarmati

 Maintenance
A combinations of any actions carried out to retain an item in
or restore it to an acceptable condition is called maintenance.
• Maintenance management: It is the art of getting things
done through people to maintain & enhance the useful
service life of equipment at acceptable condition with
minimum cost.
• Types of maintenance:
1. Breakdown maintenance
2. Preventive maintenance
3. Corrective maintenance
4. Maintenance prevention

What they first check :

jam, circuit failure etc
