INTRODUCTION
WHAT YOU (CLIENT) MAY PROVIDE:
 MINIMUM 400 STUDENTS REQUIRE
 MAXIMUM 60 STUDENTS WILL BE IN EACH CLASS
 TOTAL 7 CLASSES PER DAY WILL BE CONDUCTED
 CLASS DURATION WILL BE ONLY 45 MINUTES

WHAT WE PROVIDE TO THE SCHOOL/COLLEGE:
 Computers with LCD monitors / 2 students
 Expert Faculties for full day
 Attendance will be by RFID SWAP CARD

What is RFID based attendance System
 Radio Frequency identification based attendance system is an automatic
attendance system which consists of a micro controller, RFID reader, RFID, tag
and a data base as its primary components.
 RFID tag serves as a unique identification card for each student.
 A student places his identification card in the proximity of RFID reader which
detects the unique ID and student details present in the identification card.
 Details of the students are stored in a data base.
 This data can be used to record and maintain the attendance or the students in
class.
WHY USE RFID SCHOOL ATTENDANCE SYSTEM?
 Accurate attendance information on every student
 Tracks late entries, early outs, presence in premise but not attending class
 Daily, weekly, monthly, yearly absentee/attendance report
 Records and maintains attendance of teachers and other school staff
 Transparency well maintained in the attendance process
 Monitors student whereabouts in campus during school hours
 No manual roll-calling: saves time
 Reduced use of paper
 Improves student attendance ratios
 Send automatic attendance status notifications to parents/guardians of
students
 Lessens administrative stress
 Involvement of few manpower
 Improved relationship and communication between school authorities
