ABSTRACT
Monitoring whether a student is opening other files other than the allowed file/s during an examination period is really a challenging task. The art of cheating in a written examination is also pertinent to a computer-based examination. Since the proctor is not at all time looking at the student’s computer activities, students still have the chance to open restricted applications. In this hurdle, developing a system that will send to the proctor’s machine the list and screenshots of the classified computer programs accessed in every student machine in real-time is beneficial. This system will detect the deceitful act through a warning message. If the act is not discontinued, the student machine will be penalized by either be locked, restarted, shutdown, sleep, or hibernate depending on the penalty set by the proctor. Furthermore, this system also records the student attendance during digital exams or as the students log-on to their machine.

IRJET- Displaying Smart Phone Data in the Desktop using FirebaseIRJET Journal
This document summarizes a research project that aims to display smart phone data like call logs, battery status, and SMS information on a desktop computer using Firebase. The project involves developing an Android application to collect device data and send it to a Firebase database. A web application is then created to retrieve the stored data from Firebase and display it on a desktop, allowing users to view their smart phone information from anywhere. The system is designed to address limitations of companies restricting smart phone use at work, enabling users to still access important phone updates from their computer. Firebase is used as the database for its low cost and ability to store mobile data.

ABSTRACT
Issue regarding the paper work required for registration for events in college under
ICONS. Due to current long process, time gets wasted. We are generating android
application which helps to avoid paper work and maintain the list of participants
registered for events. In this android application, we are going to create login and
password for icons members and teachers. We are giving them options as registration,
Report generation, receipt generation. In Report generation we take all the details of
Students whose take part in events likes name, college name, year, phone no., etc.
There are so many events and they have various categories like Quontenium,
Technical,
Non-Technical events. So, we can separate these events into three parts because of that
we can choose events easily. We give option for the Report Generation because of that
we can retrieve the data as per our convenience. We give the radio button for choosing
the fields of data retrieval. This gives instant report of the events. Sometimes we need
selected data in the report. So, we build our application in such a way that we get the
required information in report. This can do by teachers as well as the students.
There is no need of specific person to give the time for this. In this way we can try to
reduce the time span required for work and also give many options for the retrieving
the data a per their convenience.

Chapter 1
INTRODUCTION
In this chapter, we are going to study about the basic concept of our project and various
approaches for this project topic and stated the current approach we have used with
details.
1.1 What is Seminar Icons Event Management System?
This is the issue regarding to paper work required for registration of events and
making report of particular event. Due to current long process, time gets wasted only
for taking the entries for the events. The current process is to make application for
taking the entries for the events as well as generate the report of that.
1.2 Approaches to Icons Event Management System.
In current approach working process we are generating android application which helps
to avoid paper work for taking the entries and generating the report. In this android
application, we are going to create login IDs and passwords for students and teachers.
The students who are going to take the entries for the events have to login first then the
go to the registration form and then they can take all the information of that person.
The all information about the candidate and the event chosen is stored in the database.
After the registration if teacher want the report then they can generate the report as per
their convenience.

DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT
In the Description of the project, the chapter says about the overall internal structure
of the system.
3.1 Description of a system:
In detail the working of the system is we are generating android application which
helps to avoid paper work and time wasting in that. In this we are going to create login
for students and teachers. Students who are going to take the entries for the events
can login and go for the registration form filling. In the registration form we can give
some text fields for name, college name, year, phone no. Then we give the drop-
down list for the events. There are three drop down lists containing various events. In
our college some events are require group and some events require single person for
that we give a drop-down list for selecting the members. We give the coding for
calculating the fees according members selected. For report generation we give
options for generating the Report as per their convenience. For the receipt generation
we give the details of the register person like name, college name and amount.
