Why to use a SWOT ANALYSIS?
Self SWOT raises the level of self understanding and self
appreciation.
It is a road map that shows how to capitalize on your
strengths and minimize or eliminate your weaknesses.
Use this map to take advantage of opportunities and avoid
or lessen threats.

Self SWOT is:
A technique for a greater understanding of one’s abilities
and areas of weakness and for being honest and objective
about these.
Knowing what you are trying to achieve.
Being aware of the dangers in the course of action you plan
to undertake.

Simple rules for successful SWOT analysis:
Be realistic about your strengths and weaknesses
Distinguish between where you are today, and
where you want to be in the future
Be specific
Keep your SWOT short and simple
Avoid complexity and over analysis
