Running head: DISCUSSION QUESTIONS 1 Discussion Questions 2 Discussion # 02 Product Safety Every organization is involved in producing products and services to meet the needs and demands of its target customers. It is the responsibility of the organization to develop safe and healthy products for their consumers so that it does not affect their health or life in negative manner. Each and every product should be designed and produced to meet the safety standards so that the product has a positive impact on the life of people (Boorie, 2001). According to research, consumers purchase products that can help in fulfilling their needs and requirements. They select products that are most appropriate for their life, and it is essential for the companies to produce products and services that influence consumers and customers in a positive manner (Donaldson, 1998). The product safety can be enhanced and prevented by taking quality measures that can help in continuously enhancing the quality of products and services (Boorie, 2001). The management of organizations need to develop policies and standards that can help in focusing on producing products and services that are safe and secure for the consumers. The government of United States has always emphasized on product safety, which helps in protecting the consumers from any harm or unreasonable risk of injury (Zu, 2008). The management of organizations should always take appropriate actions and plans so that the can emphasize on enhancing the product safety and development (Zu, 2008). The operations and production process should be developed in such a manner that the products and services are produced in the best possible manner. It will help in providing consumers with healthy and effective. References Boorie, W. & Birzell, R. (2001). Approaches to Measuring Quality of the Wilderness Experience.
