The project focused on successfully promoting a local organization. Each teams selected an organization.The organization could have been for-profit or non-profit. We were required to identify an event, a product, or a service to promote for the organization. We choose to promote the Borden Polar Plunge, which sponsors Special Olympic events. We created promotional materials, identified ideal area's of promotion, highlighted the cost and target demographic information. The final product consisted of an analysis section, a design section,the actual promotional materials. The analysis section consisted of the executive summary, situational analysis, research analysis, target audience, and SWOT analysis. The project turned out great! We were able to volunteer at several event hosted by Indiana Area 2 division of the Special Olympics.

With nearly $2 million currently in the fund, Cycle Oregon disburses approximately $100,000 each year in grants that spotlight the kind of endeavors that frequently lack statewide attention but often mean everything to the people in the small towns who welcome us on our tours.
