be developed, a proposed timeline of events, and reasons for why we suggest developing the project as described.
HOW WE WORKS
The following graph describes our software development process:
1. The Provider will assign a lead consultant to oversee the engagement and serve as a single point for engagement
communication. The Provider may also assign software developers, system/hardware engineers, and other IT
specials as the requirements and needs dictate.
2. Resolve IT issues and make recommendations regarding the IT network, IT security, software/application, hardware,
data, and integration as the scope and the goals of the engagement requires to achieve engagement goals.
3. Provider will grant to the Client an unlimited, unrestricted, royalty-free, fully paid nonexclusive license to any software,
documentation and information not produced or created by Provider as a result of the performance of work or
services under this proposed engagement, however the Provider retains the copyright to above mentioned software,
documentation, or information.
4. The Provider may utilize publicly distributed (open source) software for the solutions provided to Client, provided that
it is either in the public domain or licensed for public distribution under terms that do not conflict with Client licensing.

Transportation Management System (TMS)
TMS handles four important operations of transport management:
 Planning: Defines the best transportation strategies based on specified parameters, which
would be of higher or lower importance as per the user policy. This includes transportation
expenditure, minimum stops possible to guarantee quality, shorter lead-time, flows
regrouping coefficient and so on.
 Transportation execution: Enables the transportation plan execution. This includes carrier-
rate approval, carrier sending, electronic data interchange (EDI), etc.
 Transportation follow-up: Permits the following up of any administrative or physical operation
regarding transportation. This includes event-by-event transportation traceability, receipt
editing, customs clearance, invoicing as well as reserving documents, transport alerts
delivery, etc.
 Measurement: Includes or should include a strategic key performance indicator (KPI) report
functionality for transportation.
Standard TMS software modules consist of:

MODULE CASH REGISTER
Gives any ticketing office real- time bus schedule, fares on different routes, how
many seats, and which are free and sold seats in each bus. The module supports the
following features and functionality:
 Unique username and access password for each cashier
 Sales operations and booking tickets.
 Detailed information for each ticket and operations carried out by it.
 Detailed information about each booking and its status
 Revalidation operations and cancellation of tickets.
 Processing operations and online sales ticket issuing.
 Possibility to select a specific seat on the bus’s current scheme of seats.
 Real time information about free and sold seats on the bus.
 Every schedule is associated with a travel order, with a unique number, which
holds detailed information about the sold tickets and the sold seats.

with a point of sale system financial personnel can simplify use the

products when stock gets low.
 It is easy to look up past transactions, if you need to know how
much you sold last Tuesday a point of sales system can give you that
information in a snap. It would take many hours of laborious work to
