โ Next we can move on the sale for creating multiple
orders for a same product that is out of stock with
different customers.
โ For example , we choose the product as Book and made
order with quantity 3, 5 and 10 for different clients.
โ Then we can go to the Replenishment in inventory.
5. Enterprise
โ When we click on the โOrder Onceโ, a purchase order
will be created with designated vendor.
โ So we can move to purchase module to see the RFQ
6. Enterprise
โ Then we confirm the order and receive the products.
โ From the purchase order itself we can directly allocate
the product to pending sale order by clicking the
โAllocateโ button.
7. Enterprise
โ From there we can see the reception report with the sale
orders that we placed with different customer.
โ We have โAssignโ and โAssign Allโ option.
8. Enterprise
โ When we click assign all , the product will be assigned to
all the orders.
โ When we go the sale order then we can see that the
product is available.
โ Then we can simply deliver the product.
