Health Definition
Physical Fitness, ability of the human body to function with
vigor and alertness, without undue fatigue, and with ample energy

to engage in leisure activities, and to meet physical stresses.
Muscular strength and endurance, cardio respiratory integrity, and
general alertness are the overt signs of physical fitness.
Physical fitness is usually measured in relation to functional
expectations—that is, typically, by periodic tests measuring
strength, endurance, agility, coordination, and flexibility. In
addition, stress testing, which ascertains the body's
accommodation to powerful, sustained physical stimuli, is used to
analyze fitness. If individuals are able to accommodate to the
stressors, they are assumed to be fit.
The level of physical fitness can be influenced by regular,
systematic exercise. Moderate activity will maintain the individual
at a level that is usually adequate to handle ordinary stress. If the
fitness level is to be improved, however, it is necessary to
participate in more intensive exercise that overloads the
physiological systems and thus promotes change.
Female health condition & problems
Women’s Health, medical and health issues of special concern to women
because of their physiology or role as mothers, including diseases that affect
only women or mainly women.

• Reproductive system concerns, Gynecology;
Hysterectomy; Menstruation; Menopause
• Childbearing, Pregnancy and Childbirth
• Bone disease affecting older women, Osteoporosis
• Women's Health in Pakistan:

Women’s health in Pakistan is closely tied to motherhood.
Pakistan has one of the highest birth rate in the world.
Fertility is very high in Pakistan. The 1992 Pakistan Demographic Survey
reported a total fertility rate of 5.8. Fertility regulation has contributed to
women’s health by reducing the number of pregnancies and limiting risk-
surrounding childbearing.
Women’s health is determined by complex biological, social, and cultural
factors.
Therefore, to reach women affectively, policies and program must take in to
account the biological factors that increase health risks for women and such
socio-cultural determinant of health as age at marriage and status in the
family, as well as psychological factors, such as low self esteem and
depression arising from discrimination and gender violence. Women’s lack
of education and disadvantaged social position help perpetuate poor health
and high fertility, as well as the unending cycle of poverty.

Levels of anemia are high among women regardless of the
number of their pregnancies.
Anemia is a condition in which the hemoglobin content of the blood
is lower than normal.

The govt provided the sufficient funds for general health of people Pakistan.
But there is still too much requirement to improve the basic health.
As the M.M.R and I.M.R. Maternal death rate is high in Pakistan.
The nutritional status also below standard especially in rural areas.

Most of the ladies of this area is uneducated, mal nourished, poor
hygiene and many of them are suffering from psychological

problems. These problems can be improve only by the GOVT
with education + facilities of life.

Most of the ladies come in our clinics with anemia mal nourished some of
them come with high blood pressure some come with the psychological
problems. Multiple pregnancies is one of the reason for there health.

I am working at B.H.U. 56MB. Attend out door patient 500 per month.
Many patients come to hospital with the complaint of Myalgia due to
anemia. Many women are mal nourished. Anemia is most common disease
in rural area’s women. They had a poor knowledge about nutrition and
balance diet.

Conclusion
In Distt Khushab women’s health condition is very poor. They are
uneducated & unaware about basic health.
Literacy rate is very low in female of this region.
Female of this area is also suffering from psychological problems because
of their living style and family problems.
They are depended on male and male is also very poor in this area so they
cant provide them the facilities of life to their dependence.
There is much need form govt to provide funds for female welfare.
There is to much poverty in this region and this is not allow to people and
especially female to take care about their basic health and hygiene.
There is need to mobile team for far-off areas to provide awareness about
basic health and hygiene.

NGOs can also play an important role in the welfare of female.
