2. Introduction
Welcome to our comprehensive faculty development program
designed to explore the cutting-edge advancements and
regulatory frameworks shaping the automotive industry today.
Our program encompasses a diverse range of topics, each
essential for understanding the future of transportation and
ensuring sustainable development.
Firstly, we explore the promise of electric vehicles and fuel cells
as sustainable alternatives to traditional combustion engines.
Through in-depth discussions and case studies, attendees will
uncover the potential of hydrogen fuel cells in decarbonizing
transportation and mitigating climate change.
Next, we delve into the world of autonomous vehicles, where
artificial intelligence and sensor technology converge to
revolutionize mobility. Participants will gain insights into the
latest developments, challenges, and potential applications of
autonomous driving technology.
Our program also delves into Automotive Computational Fluid
Dynamics (CFD), offering participants a deep dive into the
simulation techniques and software tools used to optimize
vehicle design and performance. From aerodynamics to thermal
management, participants will learn how CFD plays a crucial
role in modern automotive engineering.
In addition to technological innovations, participants will gain a
comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape
governing the automotive industry. The Central Motor Vehicle
Act, a cornerstone of Indian automotive legislation, will be
explored in detail, providing insights into vehicle registration,
safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Throughout the program, participants will engage in interactive
sessions, case studies, and hands-on exercises, facilitated by
industry experts with extensive experience in automotive
engineering and regulatory compliance. By the end of the
