WRITTEN COMMUNICATION
Written communication involves any type of message that makes
use of the written word. Written communication is the most
important and the most effective of any mode of business
communication.

COHERENCE(जुटना)
The term coherence refers to the smooth flow of ideas in a text.
It refers to how well content is organized within the written
article overall.

COHESION(सार्ंजस्य)
It is based more on the logic of the ideas and how they are presented
rather than on the language that is used to express these ideas. It means
reader should not have to work to make connections between the
sentences.

CONCISION(संक्षिक्ति)
It refers to how briefly the writer has been able to discuss the
points after cutting the unnecessary words while conveying an
idea.

CLARITY(स्पष्टिा)
To make their own writings clear, concise, and ready to be read
by others. It refers to how clearly the words have supported the
writer’s ideas within sentence and paragraphs.

CORRECTNESS(यथाथािा)
It refers to the factual correctness as well as the grammatical correctness
of the article. It means clear representation of writer’s ideas and
correctness of actual fact represented.

It is legally valid as the records are permanent
It provides detailed information
It save time, money and energy
It is easy to make copies and distribute

DISADVANTAGE OF WRITTEN
COMMUNICATION
It is slow and time consuming
It is difficult to make changes
