 The bank management system is an application for
maintaining a person's account in the bank
 the system provides access to the customer:
o Create user’s account
o deposit
o withdraw the cash from personals’ account.
o view reports of all operations.
o allow changing the account login password but not
the user ID.

 Bank system suffers from :
o lowest management level
o Low Number of ATM machine’s
o The Client help desk is not performing efficiently
o Transaction Perform slowly
o less penetration into the rural market
o No accessibility to bank Service outside country for clients
o Opening new bank account takes a lot of procedures and time.
o Paper based system cause lots of damaged and lost important
information.

 Customer Satisfaction :
o client can do his operations comfortably without any risk or
losing of his privacy.
 Saving Customer Time
o client doesn't need to go to the bank to do small operation.
 Protecting The Customer
o It helps the customer to be satisfy and comfortable in his
choices, this protection contains customer’s account , money
and his privacy.
 Transferring Money
o help client transferring money to/or another bank or country

 Strengths of Bank
o The banks major strength is it involves latest cutting edge
technologies to support its core banking operations
o The bank has network of 943 branches and 1529 ATMs
o The bank has grown at a rate of 60% compared to previous year
o one of the largest commercial banks which focuses on industrial
infrastructure and development
o The location of its headquarters fosters the growth of the bank

Weaknesses of bank
o less penetration into the rural market
o It concentrates mainly on commercial banking services whereas
the individual banking services is where the main revenue lies.
o The customer help desk is not performing efficiently and there
are many unresolved issues of customers
o The bank has lots of consumer complaints with respect to
servicing charges
o The bank lacks in promotional activities

Opportunity :
o The concept of saving in banks and investing in financial products is
increasing in rural areas
o As per 2013, The total number of graduated student from faculty of
Commerce are increasing by 5%, This can ensure regular supply of
trained human power in financial products and banking services.
o Small and non performing banks can be acquired, because of its
financial strength
o New high-yield investment products.
o Growing economy.
o They have a good number of financial expertises to face the
emerging industrial and economic growth.
o Since it’s a new age banking there are lot of opportunities to have
the advance technicalities in banking solutions compared to existing
major players.
o The concept of ETM (Everywhere teller machine) had a good
response in terms of attracting new customers in personal banking
segment

 Threats :
o Investments of foreign banks.
o In rural areas the micro financing groups hold a major share.
o Though customer acquisition is high on one side, the unsatisfied
customers are increasing and make them to switch to other
banks.
o Increased capital gains taxes.
o More competitors in the marketplace.
o High unemployment or an increase in insurance rates.
o Increased banking regulations.
o Governments schemes are most often serviced only by govern
banks.

 Local server :
o because the bank has very large number of customers who
wants access the Website , so we need large storage server.
 Accessibility :
o for every employee and client has access to some specific
operations .
 Low Overhead :
o The resources required to transport and store desired
information should be a small fraction of the resources required
by the information stream as a whole.

 Assumed that the bank have from 900-1000 different
branches
 Assumed that the bank have from 1500-1700 different
ATM machine distributed
 Assumed that the average grown rate is increasing every
year from 40% to 60%
 Assumed bank is updating its devices and using latest
technology and security services
 Assumed bank capital is increasing and have a
leadership in market share

 Humanized automation – So far, self-service technology has
distanced the bank from their customers, making clients’ life
easy by performing their operations in their homes or
wherever they are.
 online banking provides:
o viewing account balances
o viewing recent transactions
o downloading bank statments.
o viewing images of paid cheque .
o ordering cheque books.
assuming that each client has an account and username with ID.

 Online banking helps bank system to penetrate into
international markets that helps to grow economy, save
costs of ATM machines and its security and this way of
dealing with bank makes transaction performed faster
and more safety.

 More branches of the bank , maybe it will be
international , that means more ATM machines out side.
 Customer issues development based on their needs , so
the help desk will be aware of their needs and easy to
use.
 Developing a mobile App for banking system that help
users to do the obtain his operations without go to the
bank Only he need to sign in using his ID and password
and the system will updated automatically .
