Admission & Healthcare facilities provided by Authenticated Hospitals.

credentials will be enclosed within this card.Once an employee applies for admission in

required treatment process. Same process will be followed after employee applies with

3. Description:
BTS is a web based application. This system has the ability to track Bills of vender.
There are 3 type of bills 1>Contractual (works) 2>Open Line 3>Project. Each type of the bills
undergo in 9 stages.
At first, vender has to register him into the system. System will generate activation
code and send him through SMS. After getting the activation code, Vender then able to
raise a bill to the concerned IOW. If this bill belongs to concerned IOW, then IOW will
make the bill live and that particular bill will show to all 9 stages’ users. Vender will be
notified of each stage’s activity through SMS.
When bill becomes live, then it will go through 9 stages for processing. When a bill
comes to a stage, that particular stage’s user will be notified with a new email as well
as a SMS alert. If there is any wrong in the previous stages, then current stage’s user
can revert back the bill to any previous stage for re-process. Each stage has a time
stamp of start process and end process.
There is a report section where vender or stage’s user or any officers can see the bill
status with their respective credentials.

Description:
OIMS is a web based application. This system has the ability track the inspection of
officers’.
There are 65 types of inspection and each officer has yearly quota to do the
inspection. There are 2 types of officers one is divisional officer and other one is
Headquarter officer.
After successfully log in to the system, Officers’ are provided with 3 options. They can
do either Inspection or view Previous Inspection or Download Inspection
Document. In the Inspection entry option, they can globally attach a file or attach
single file against the inspection item’s subsection. They can mark the inspection note
direct to the GM (General Manager). In the Previous Inspection, Officer will see the
statistical information regarding the inspections that he has done so far and due for
current year. In Download Inspection Document option, he can able to download
Preformatted template for Inspection. Also he can download previous inspection’s
document for review.
In the report section, the inspection will visible to GM,PHOD,DRM.The higher officer
can view departmental inspection of the officer in a tabular format and also see the
graph of the inspection of a particular officer.

Description:
This e-Attendance System is a web based application. This system has the ability to
collect data from multiple sources and track employees’ time and attendance automatically as
per the East Coast Railway rules and policies. Attendance software (MIFAUN) communicates
with attendance devices to fetch employee punches from the device and calculate daily
attendance based on day basis. It also calculates total work time, overtime, late in, early out
for each employee in accordance with the rules that apply to an employee or a group of
employees.
The finger print device is communicated with the server through TCP/IP, internet or
GPRS. The device communicates with server within a specific interval to save the
punches of the employees. The punches are store in the database with the help of the
Sql Server. There are 3 types of module like (Reports, Modification, Admin)
There are 6 types of user in the hierarchy (general user supervisor manager
controlling officer officer superior officer (General Manager of east
coast railway)).
In the report module one can see the reports only on basis of the east coast railway
rule. In the modification module one or more than one employee act as a supervisor to
modify the attendance to leave (CL, LAP etc.) by authenticate himself with the figure
print device and also he can see the reports all those employees who are belongs to
their section but he cannot modify his attendance. Their attendance modification is
done by manager. After modification done by supervisor it will go to manager for
Confirmation after that it will go to the controlling officer for approval. Then it will
reflect in the reports.
All employees have a login id and password to view their attendance and the
supervisor is allowed to prepare the attendance sheet for a month.

Odisha initiative and is comprehensive one-stop portal for students, teachers and parents.
The three distinct modules – Students section, Teachers section and Parents section
constitute the basic interface for users. Parents are provided with facilities like article posting,
parenting guide, parent forum, manage their profile etc. Teachers can manage their profile on
the website, post articles, access teacher forum, lesson plan, work sheet, post & evaluate
assignments to students of their corresponding schools etc. While users having student
access can manage their profile, view & download course materials, answer & upload
assignments provided by their teachers, post articles, access to discussion forum, take online
test, access to virtual (video) classroom etc. Besides these it contains lots of contents and
interface for various activities of students like online gaming, art etc.

It is a part of module of order here which was devolved by the WANLIMA
Leather team. We merged this module into order here and data is flow to the
database of their required.

6. Role Design and Coding
Description:
MTT Transportation Management is a window application. It provides the basic
components of a shared information system to support collaboration, rates, routes, roles,
transaction sets, documents, and information exchanged to facilitate the booking, execution,
and settlement of transportation movements .The vehicle directly goes to bagging section
that checks the entry chit against the vehicle and its tare weight. Then the vehicle gets
approval for loading the product. In Bagging while loading the product the loading contractors
prepares Check Chart for different types of loading /unloading. After Verification of check
chart one copy is submitted to the dispatch section (Bagging) and vehicle obtains entry chit
go for gross weight. This application Constitutes of Several Modules.
1) Master Module. 2) Loading Module 3) Unloading Module 4) Billing Module 5) Report Module
In the master module all the master information of the vehicles, driver information,
customer, tax, rate, routes wise rate chart and other master information is saved in
the database.
In the Loading module chit preparation, vehicle verification, weight of the product,
oil information and rout of the vehicle.
After taking the product vehicle reaches the destination place and unload the
product then another chit is preparing against the vehicle.
In the Billing module payment will be release against the unloading chit.
In the report module reports of the total product transfer, unloading of product,
total Payment of the day and other information can be viewed.
