• Performing routine health check for sap system including DB growth, average response time,
Table space fill level, missing index, backup scheduling, lock entries, update status, swap count
• Resolving tickets which are created by end users and giving the support
• Prepared daily health check report, night reports like DB13, failed background job, password
change, monthly report like client administration, DB growth, parameter change report
• Configured the transport management system, and transport the transport request to quality
and production system after approval, disabled fully loaded truck in PRD system
• Schedule background jobs
• Monitoring & scheduling sap standard background jobs
• Monitor failed updates in the system
• Created users in quality and development system as per client request and assign the role given
and done user comparison
• Sending SUIM report i.e last 30 days user not login list and locked the users
• After getting mail, check the user name and id and unlock the user

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitoring: status of work process, application server, ABAP dumps, system logs, background
jobs, locks in the system, updates in the system, spool request, database backup logs, BRTOOLS
log, database growth, work load overview, monitor inbound & outbound data, monitor mail
transmission, database buffer hit ratio, R/3 buffer hit ratio, monitor CPU utilization
• Kernel upgrade
• Download and Apply support packages
• Apply sap note
• Taken production system offline backup and restore the quality system using database backup
control file
• Imported profiles, configured standard background jobs, configured daily online backup
• Open OSS connection to market place and monitor OSS messages
• Maintain system profiles and defining operation mode
• Added data file when table space fill level reached 92%, change parameters using rz10 and
restarted r/3 system
• Analysis work load , identify users, reports, SQL quires, transactions which makes loads on the
system and tuning
• Monitor ORA issues and resolve them
• Schedule database housekeeping jobs using db13
• Initializing and firing the online+ log backup and in weekend offline backup
• Fired backup from BRTOOLS and from application
