for accurate, easy-to-use accounting software
that provides the insights and control needed
for businesses that are committed to getting
the numbers right and improving results.

Advantages of Peachtree









It help in making transaction faster.
It make life easier for the accountant
Peachtree Accounting is the bread and butter of
Sage Software’s business plan.
Peachtree Accounting comes bundled with the
Peachtree Automatic Backup program.
Peachtree uses a perpetual inventory system.

same user name.







SPSS stands for Statistical Package for the
Social Sciences.
SPSS is a software package used for
conducting statistical analysis, manipulating
data, generating tables and graphs that
summarize data.
SPSS also contain several tools for
manipulating data.

marketing.
Academia.
Quality improvement.
Planning and forecasting.
Administrative research, human resource and
resource planning.

Advantages of SPSS







It can be expended.
It can easily and quickly displays data tables.
Many complex statistical tests are available in it.
Support a wide variety of charts and graphs.
It has a ability of data management.
it has a ability to manage a complex data set.

Advantages of SPSS








It can create new variables from existing
information.
It can provide many types of analysis which are
not available in package program.
SPSS 11 has added some capabilities for
analyzing mixed models.
Data manipulation is its advantage.

Disadvantages of SPSS








It can be expensive.
No intuitive to use.
Graphic feature not as simple as excel.
Difficulties in editing graphs.
Need to have some of the newer graphs such
as dot plots, comparative bar chat etc.
Difficult to edit output.

Disadvantages of SPSS






Lacks of many regression analysis techniques.
Limited functionality for complex analysis.
SPSS does not have very strong data
management tools.
It can be slow at times if not using the latest
hardware.
