Today he has a tooth ache.
He opens the THS
He locates an Endodontic in the app and views listed doctors, he can now :
check the doctor’s reviews
select one listed doctor
book an appointment
reach in the specified time.
He needs extraction. Being a high BP and elderly patient, doctor can’t extract before a series of tests.
Doctor prescribes tests.
Mr GS opens the app, locates a viable diagnostic centre.
He schedules his tests and pays online.
He visits the centre, performs tests and then goes home.
The diagnostic centre updates his records
An SMS is triggered in his registered mobile number. He can directly go to the doctor.
Doctor opens the ID and checks the test report and performs the necessary actions.
Reminders can also be set 1-2 days prior to any appointments, to prepare the patient accordingly.
Today Mr GS is in Delhi for vacation.
He feels discomfort in breathing, has a headache
and nausea.
His medical records is in Rumtek.
NO PROBLEM- he opens his app, shows it to the
doctor.
Doctor A checks his BP map- rules out heart
attack and points out that his dose of BP meds
needs to be increased.
He can also detect if his heart is healthy- provided
Mr GS has diligently input his BP data everyday
for last few months.
Mr GS does not require to go for another series of
tests, within few hours he is back to normal.

1. Case history is vital for every patient.
 Mrs P, my mother was hospitalized in 2010, for Pancreatitis – (I remember
because I was giving my final year project when I got the news)
 We were vacationing in Hyderabad she got very sick and was admitted.
There was no history and nobody knew the size of pancreas, critical
medical data, the meds she took etc.. We had to do series of re-tests,
expensive and time consuming. (only if we had this app, a lot could be
saved, she would suffer less and most importantly, It would have been so
much easier for the doctor to predict the cause- thus saving TIME)
 2. Attract Patients : Doctors today undergo complicated specializations
which a layman is unaware of. A registered doctor will attract a lot more
patients if listed in our app.
 3. Schedule Clinic Timings: A patient can book an appointment, looking at
the online free slots Dr A has set for the day/ week.

 She opens THS app, looks for doctor listed under Medicine
 10 doctors are listed, she reads reviews and chooses Dr. Navin
 Books appointment with Dr. Navin for 1 pm.
 She leaves at 12:30 and reaches on time.
 Dr. Navin asks for
- Blood Test
- X- ray
- Urine Test
- Ultra sound
 She books ‘Care and Cure’ diagnostic centre online for 3 pm, the same day.
 Blood Test is generated by next day, X-ray is generated within few minutes, Urine test takes 3
days and Ultra sound report would be ready by 2-3 hours.
 Instead of waiting and re-visiting multiple times, she leaves her patient ID.
 The diagnostic centre updates her reports
 A sms is triggered, and she books another slot with Dr. Navin
 Dr already has her report in his smart device and prescribes her medicines.
 She looks up for those meds online and follows the instructions accordingly.

He needs extraction. Being a high BP and elderly patient, doctor can’t extract before a series of tests. Doctor prescribes tests. Mr GS opens the app, locates a viable diagnostic centre. He schedules his tests and pays online. He visits the centre, performs tests and then goes home. The diagnostic centre updates his records An SMS is triggered in his registered mobile number. He can directly go to the doctor. Doctor opens the ID and checks the test report and performs the necessary actions. Reminders can also be set 1-2 days prior to any appointments, to prepare the patient accordingly.
