This document describes a proposed healthcare application called The Health Station (THS) that aims to improve healthcare access and efficiency in Sikkim. The key features of THS include allowing users to register and input their medical history and issues, set reminders for medications and appointments, book appointments with doctors and diagnostic tests online, and share medical records with doctors anywhere. Examples are provided of how THS could help patients better manage chronic conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure. It is suggested that THS could reduce wait times, improve care coordination, and attract more patients and business to doctors and diagnostic centers.
