Obtained Advance Training in Industrial Automation (ATIA) from Technocrat Automation Pvt
Limited (IAO Accredited) Chennai, with four month hands on practical experience in Industrial
Automation, Tools specializing in PLC, DCS, SCADA and VFD.
ACADEMIC PROJECT:
Project Title: Automatic Street Light Control System Using Wind Energy.
Description: In this project wind energy is used as a source for street lighting. The components used are
induction motor, rectifier, converter, battery, relay, microcontroller, LED display. Induction motor
generates ac current which is converted in to dc through rectifier and stored in to a battery. Then the
microprocessor calculates the load and which energizes the relay and then the battery supplies current to
the load. It is used in real time process in hilly regions and it is a renewable energy source.

 Attended workshop on Embedded program at TRP Engineering college- Tirchy.
 Attended DSP Workshop at TRP Engineering College-Trichy.
INDUSTRIAL VISIT:
 Visited Hindustan Machine Tools Limited Corporation (HMTL), Bangalore and learned
about Metal Forming by die casting.
 Visited Neyveli Lignite Corporation(NLC),Neyveli and learned about thermal power generation
using lignite excavated.
 Visited Thermal and Hydro Electric Power stations, Mettur and learned about power
generation.
 Visited Valuthur Gas Turbine Power Station, Valuthur, Ramanathapurm and learned about
power generation.
 Visited Ascent Circuits , Hosur and learned about PCB manufacturing.
