Tresha D. Moreland, MS, MBA, FACHE, SPHR, SSBBP is a Vice President of Human Resources Operations for a
healthcare system in South Dakota. She has held key human resource leadership roles for over 20 years in multiple
industries such as manufacturing, distribution, retail, hospitality, and healthcare.
Ms. Moreland is an author in publications such as, “Hot HR Strategy Trends for 2018”, “Rise of HR: Wisdom From 73
Thought Leaders”, “PHR/SPHR Professional in Human Resources Certification All-in-One Exam Guide”, “aPHR
