Description: Recommendation tracker maintains a list of all Projects with their phases. This serves as a
repository for all the Recommendations that are created as a part of the RCM (Reliability Centered
Maintenance) based projects. The tool helps to create a project and the related recommendations which
could be assigned to the responsible resources. Email alerts and notifications help the users to work on
the recommendations and complete them. The tool also provides pre-defined reports and charts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Developing the database relational tables and Procedures in various stages.

Project Name: SERIP Fleet Request Manager (FRM)
Description: The Fleet Tracker tracks the Vehicle related requests for the fleet in Chevron. The tool
enables a common interface for requestors, analysts and admin users to automate the Fleet requests
related processes so as to have traceability of the requests, publish automated dashboard, export to
excel and save documents in SharePoint Automated email alerts and notifications enabled to reduce the
manual effort of follow up and tracking of the requests. This tool captures the requests and stores data
into SQL DB as a SOR.

Description: The function of Human Resources departments is generally administrative and common
to all organizations. Organizations may have formalized selection, evaluation, and payroll processes.
Efficient and effective management of "Human Capital" has progressed to an increasingly imperative and
complex process. The HR function consists of tracking existing employee data which traditionally includes
personal histories, skills, capabilities, accomplishments and salary. To reduce the manual workload of
these administrative activities, organizations began to electronically automate many of these processes
by introducing specialized Human Resource Management Systems. HR executives rely on internal or
external IT professionals to develop and maintain an integrated HRMS.

Role: Software Engineer
Responsibilities:
 Used N-tier architecture for presentation layer, the Business and Data Access Layers and Model
and were coded using C#.
 Developed application logic using C#.
 Written stored procedures using SQL in SQL SERVER 2008.
 Used AJAX in some web forms.
