One of ISO's fundamental services is to collect statistical data from insurance
companies. This plan is applicable to direct Commercial business written by the Carrier
and contains the necessary instructions for the reporting of statistics to the Insurance
Services Office (ISO).
The Project:
The service generates a periodical (quarterly) Flat file, based on the prescribed CSP
(Commercial Statistical Plan) Data Dictionary [by ISO]. The Flat file acts as an input
source to the Statutory organizations [like CGI] to generate the Statutory Reports.
