Description:
PraxairInc.,isa worldwideindustrialgascompany.The companyprovidesgasandliquidgas
to various manufacturing companies such as steel,aluminum and others, theyalso provide oxygen and
othergases to healthcare companies. PraxairisusingJDE, SAPand flatfiles acrossworld and on top of it
reporting layer will be buildusing data model. The scope will be implemented use as ODI as an ETL tool
for data modeling OBIEE as reporting tool.
Different Modules Involved in the Project:
 Requirement Analysis: Analysis of the requirements enlisted in the requirement document.
 Preparing Detailed Design Document: After analyzing the input low level and high level design
document were prepared. The flow and sequence were provided in the same document.
 Code Development: Developing the code as per the design document prepared.
 Unit Testing: Unit testing the code to check the functionalityand worked on the anomalies while
testing the code.
 Migration: Was involved in migrating the code across several environmentsand performed sanity
check on the code migrated
 Change Requests: Worked on the problem request and change requests that we got in the project
and implementing the changes in the current code as per user inputs and requirements.
Responsibilities:
 Based on the requirement specification, the physical and logical architecture was designed in the
topology of the ODI studio. The context was configured according to the requirements.
