Actuator
Sero (which is belt driven type) is high speed module made up with aluminum body combined with steel guide shaft and spacial machined speed
guide carrier as it’s slider. Belt tension can be adjusted easily by tightening screw simply and it is easy to expand to several axis usage.
Maximum speed : 8 m/s
Running accuracy : 0.08 mm/m
Maximum length : 4M without any jointing
(6M available on special order)
Assembling slider : Using slot of block cover
Assembling Module : Using slot on the side of
aluminum body.
Belt : HTD5 or S5M built-in Core.
No backlash on turning point.

DIRECTION OF ROTATION
Put the governor into the hole in the direction shown, and tighten the screws.
Unidirectional rotation
Forward and reverse rotation
When the governor is delivered, the cord of rotation direction
selection has been connected to the L and FWD terminal, and
the motor rotates clockwise; to make the motor rotate counterclockwise,
just connect the cord to the REV terminal. For forward and reverse
rotation, connect FWD and REV terminals to the rotation direction
selector switch Sw2.
When the motor stops running, disconnect SW3, the de-energized electromagnetic brake in the motor brakes,
and the motor brakes and maintains the load. In the normal operation of the motor, it is not allowed to disconnect
SW3, or else the motor and the de-energized electromagnetic brake in the motor will burn.
Connect the speed governor to the motor as shown in the figure, and the turn on the AC power. Close SW3, the
de-energized electromagnetic brake in the motor is energized, and the electromagnetic brake fails; the switch on
the panel turns to RUN, and the motor starts to rotate.
Rotate the speed control knob clockwise on the panel, and the motor speed increases; the range of adjustment:
50Hz:90~1300r/min; 60Hz:90~1600r/min
Do not use SW1 power switch as the start/stop speed governor of running/brake switch and stop braking with the
motor and hold the load, or else it will damage the speed governor easily. At present, internal circuit needs time to
change when the speed governor is turned on every time, the motor won't be started immediately, and the action
will be abnormal.
Turn the switch on the governor panel to STOP, and the motor stops.
NOTE: This switch is not a power switch. If the motor stops running for a long time, please equip a separate
power switch.

Special Note :
When B1 and B2 are energized, the de-energized electromagnetic brake won't brake; when B1 and B2 are de-
energized, the de-energized electromagnetic brake brakes. Brake power switch must be syncrhonized with the
motor speed control switch.
Note : Model WS–L allows controlling forward and reverse rotation with
the panel button, or manually connect rear panel wiring.

Since Speed Guide Block is a clearance
adjustment type. It can be adjust clearance
to 0 µm from all side of direction X, Y, Z
radically. It is useful for automatic machine
being asked repetition direction precision.
Since the alumium base is straightened through precision extrusion, the dimension precision less ±5
µm/3000mm is guaranteed. In case of being asked the running precision, when making the base-face
flat, you can gain ±0.01 mm running precision.
The auto machine for shaft-inserting is
developed by know-how of Winner bearings.
So even though heat-treated shaft is pressed
into the rail, the machine makes dimension
precision of rail raise within ± 0.01mm.
's precision doesn't have effect on the length of the system. Since the shaking of bearing is
less than ±3 µm, the running precision guarantees length of rail without accumulation.
