The document describes three models - simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, and impact analysis model - that are used to forecast organic search sessions based on past data. Multiple linear regression improves upon simple linear regression by accounting for more variables like seasonality. The impact analysis model further refines the forecast by separating organic search results into baseline and incremental impacts from specific SEO projects.
Wireline (WL) and Logging-While-Drilling (LWD) formation tester measurements provide a link between the static petrophysical measurements and dynamic rock-fluid properties for enhanced formation evaluation. However, despite the significant advancements in these services, there are still barriers. The analysis of Wireline (WL) and Logging-While-Drilling (LWD) formation testing has traditionally been performed by a skilled testing analyst using specialized software and theoretical models to generate results and assess the data vitality. This can be a time-consuming process involving analyzing over 100 pressure transients. In practice, the petrophysicists and geoscientists rarely have access to a detailed analysis in the time frame required and typically revert to other methods. Some of the methods are ad hoc, but there is a growing consensus that several convenient, simple, and effective real-time measurements can be used for an objective evaluation of the dynamic data. This talk demonstrates a straightforward automated process that has been developed by which real-time measurements, which are routinely recorded, are used to automatically generate the results. Basic principles are used to develop quality parameters and a test rating system that can guide the analyst in the objective determination of the vitality of the results for each test. In this way, the highest quality testing results are used for fluid gradients and log correlations to improve the integration of the dynamic data into the petrophysical analysis. This also enables standards to be established for real-time data acquisition that can save testing time while improving data and quality. This automated method is being applied routinely and several field examples are used to illustrate the utility and time savings of this new workflow.

It gives the formulas to calculate line-to-neutral voltage, phase loads, and total load based on line-to-line voltage, phase currents, and power factor. It then provides power consumption details in a table with machine numbers, currents, voltages, phase loads, and total loads. The total loading of various machines and processes are calculated.
The document contains a table that lists angles in both grados and radians along with their corresponding sine, cosine, and tangent values. The table ranges from -180 to 180 degrees or -π to π radians in increments of 4 degrees/radians. It shows how the sine, cosine, and tangent values change as the angle increases, with sine and cosine values ranging from -1 to 1 and tangent values getting larger as the angle approaches π/2 radians.

This document contains the results of a regression analysis with lnC as the dependent variable and lnI, lnL, lnH, and lnA as independent variables. The summary shows that the coefficients of lnI, lnL, and lnA are statistically significant, while the coefficient of lnH is not statistically significant. Residual analysis found evidence of positive autocorrelation. The Park test showed no evidence of heteroscedasticity in the relationship between residuals and lnH.

This table provides the partial pressures in mmHg of nitric acid (HNO3) and water (H2O) over aqueous solutions of nitric acid at different concentrations and temperatures. The concentrations of the nitric acid solutions range from 20% to 100% by weight. The temperatures range from 0°C to 125°C. The table shows that as the concentration and temperature of the nitric acid solutions increase, the partial pressures of both HNO3 and H2O increase as well.
Do People Really Know Their Fertility Intentions? Correspondence between Sel...Xiao Xu
Fertility intention data from surveys often serve as a crucial component in modeling fertility behaviors. Yet, the persistent gap between stated intentions and actual fertility decisions, coupled with the prevalence of uncertain responses, has cast doubt on the overall utility of intentions and sparked controversies about their nature. In this study, we use survey data from a representative sample of Dutch women. With the help of open-ended questions (OEQs) on fertility and Natural Language Processing (NLP) methods, we are able to conduct an in-depth analysis of fertility narratives. Specifically, we annotate the (expert) perceived fertility intentions of respondents and compare them to their self-reported intentions from the survey. Through this analysis, we aim to reveal the disparities between self-reported intentions and the narratives. Furthermore, by applying neural topic modeling methods, we could uncover which topics and characteristics are more prevalent among respondents who exhibit a significant discrepancy between their stated intentions and their probable future behavior, as reflected in their narratives.

Discover the cutting-edge telemetry solution implemented for Alan Wake 2 by Remedy Entertainment in collaboration with AWS. This comprehensive presentation dives into our objectives, detailing how we utilized advanced analytics to drive gameplay improvements and player engagement.
Key highlights include:
Primary Goals: Implementing gameplay and technical telemetry to capture detailed player behavior and game performance data, fostering data-driven decision-making.
Tech Stack: Leveraging AWS services such as EKS for hosting, WAF for security, Karpenter for instance optimization, S3 for data storage, and OpenTelemetry Collector for data collection. EventBridge and Lambda were used for data compression, while Glue ETL and Athena facilitated data transformation and preparation.
Data Utilization: Transforming raw data into actionable insights with technologies like Glue ETL (PySpark scripts), Glue Crawler, and Athena, culminating in detailed visualizations with Tableau.
Achievements: Successfully managing 700 million to 1 billion events per month at a cost-effective rate, with significant savings compared to commercial solutions. This approach has enabled simplified scaling and substantial improvements in game design, reducing player churn through targeted adjustments.
Community Engagement: Enhanced ability to engage with player communities by leveraging precise data insights, despite having a small community management team.
This presentation is an invaluable resource for professionals in game development, data analytics, and cloud computing, offering insights into how telemetry and analytics can revolutionize player experience and game performance optimization.

Optimizing Feldera: Integrating Advanced UDFs and Enhanced SQL Functionality ...mparmparousiskostas
This report explores our contributions to the Feldera Continuous Analytics Platform, aimed at enhancing its real-time data processing capabilities. Our primary advancements include the integration of advanced User-Defined Functions (UDFs) and the enhancement of SQL functionality. Specifically, we introduced Rust-based UDFs for high-performance data transformations and extended SQL to support inline table queries and aggregate functions within INSERT INTO statements. These developments significantly improve Feldera’s ability to handle complex data manipulations and transformations, making it a more versatile and powerful tool for real-time analytics. Through these enhancements, Feldera is now better equipped to support sophisticated continuous data processing needs, enabling users to execute complex analytics with greater efficiency and flexibility.
