I'm a passionate PMO. My interest in the industry i am in is highly. I am energetic and a passionate. Want to learn more and further. Experience in changing of Girth
Gears of Primary Metso Mills, Changing of Polysius Mills gearboxes, thrust pads, trommels, v/screen, men and the rebuild of a Gyratory Metso Crusher, the
replacing of Apron feeders. Was the only PMO working on, men, concentrator that is running with three streams, 7 Mills,3 floatation areas, reagent plant and
tailings. Did every shutdown planning for the plant and the project plans. Currently running and doing a manager and Critical spares project. Building of

Prioritize notifications & determine preliminary start dates
Reject Notifications where applicable
Discuss all WO not done the previous day & new reschedule date
Assign tasks to artisans with day’s work based on work schedule
Discuss materials issues – reschedule/follow up
Discuss all WO not done the previous day & new reschedule date
Do weekly walkabouts with foreman to gain technical knowledge
Weekly Planning:
Re-adjust remaining Work Maintenance Schedules based on artisan absenteeism
Prepare report on all Orders assigned for the next week (fixed 7 day forward planning)
Run list editing for the applicable order types with scheduled start dates in next week
Scope & Plan Materials and Services
Approve/schedule/align all new PM03 by confirming/adjusting scheduled start dates
Review Condition Monitoring maintenance schedules and release external vendor services for the next week
Discuss materials issues – reschedule/follow up
Ensure that all priorities, revision numbers and system status of work orders are noted. If not add.
Clearly Identify equipment that will be down for maintenance and equipment that will not be down for maintenance
i.e. opportunity work (Windows)
Ensure that the correct work centers are intact i.e. the type and level of resource
Ensure plan work time and durations is noted
Ensure that the work orders maintenance activity types are intact and correct
Assign available individual work centers per operations as allocated per area where applicable
Perform material availability check Identify clearly where there are material availability shortages

Proceed with day-to-day and ad-hoc planner tasks
Do regular walkabouts with Engineer and Foreman
Create all work identified on walkabout and set status.
Maintain Maintenance Plans as needed
Updated Maintenance Task lists when needed as per Engineer/Foreman/RCM failure Analysis
Keep record and track downtimes on equipment and overall equipment efficiency and plant availability
Phase One:
1. Obtain physical P&ID’s of the Slag Cleaning Furnace process
2. Verify all function locations and equipment per SCADA and P&ID’
3. Compare P&ID’s with physical assets in area
4. Compare SCADA system & physical assets with SAP PM system
5. Draft function location list ( Main assets per area) in Excel
6. Draft an equipment list as per function location in Excel
7. Verify equipment per function location and add equipment or delete unwanted
equipment in SAP PM
8. Create sub equipment under equipment per function location in SAP PM
9. Print all SAP PM changes and excel spreadsheets and file all hard copies

Check the SAP PM Master data against the equipment

Experience in changing of Girth Gears of Primary Metso Mills, Changing of Polysius Mills gearboxes, thrust pads, trommels, v/screen, men and the rebuild of a Gyratory Metso Crusher, the replacing of Apron feeders. Was the only PMO working on, men, concentrator that is running with three streams, 7 Mills,3 floatation areas, reagent plant and tailings. Did every shutdown planning for the plant and the project plans. Currently running and doing a manager and Critical spares project. If not add. Clearly Identify equipment that will be down for maintenance and equipment that will not be down for maintenance i.e. opportunity work (Windows) Ensure that the correct work centers are intact i.e. the type and level of resource Ensure plan work time and durations is noted Ensure that the work orders maintenance activity types are intact and correct Assign available individual work centers per operations as allocated per area where applicable Perform material availability check Identify clearly where there are material availability shortages Weekly reporting: Work Order Efficiency (accuracy) Planned vs Unplanned

Send out final Bar chart to relevant departments -Engineering/Production/OCC/Safety/Stores and other. On day of Shutdown - do updates regularly and send out. After Shutdown - close all Work orders and do Post Mortem to determine Planned vs Actual and Compliance Asset Management
