This project presents an efficient way to distribute the recourse that we have such as
( bandwidth) to the VPN based on strategies that developed adopted to Tit-For-Tat
strategies that motivate all VPN to be cooperative by make a punishment to the selfish
VPN , This strategy allows VPN operators to work together to achieve their QoS and
preserve any deadlock in the network.
The project written used C++ language by matlab software.
