To whom it may concern:
In lieu of completing individual school forms for interns seeking school credit for their internships, PwC
will provide the following internship information.
Vinayak Banavi will begin his/her summer internship with PwC on 6/6/2016 and conclude on 8/12/2016,
although these dates can change. He/She will be scheduled to work at least 40 hours per week during this
period with the exception of weeks in which there are firm holidays. Vinayak will be an at-will employee of
PwC.
Vinayak Banavi will intern in our TT&D within our Tax practice.
Job Description:

Job Duties:
-Play a role as an intern in PwC's core tax practice, as they provide services to clients.
-Participate in select phases of tax compliance engagements.
-Participate in select projects; demonstrate creative thinking and individual initiative.
-Contribute to collaborative teamwork, through working effectively as a team member: understanding
personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships
with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback.
-Flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor.
Intern Supervision and Performance Feedback
PwC interns will work on one or more engagements during their internship. Supervisors will vary based on
engagement. Interns will receive PwC Professional Snapshots assessing them on their progress on the five
key dimensions of the PwC Professional global career progression framework: whole leadership, business
acumen, technical capabilities, global acumen, and relationships. Their PwC Professional reviewers may
also note areas of development and any significant impact the intern had on our clients, people and/or
firm. Interns may provide a copy of their PwC Professional Snapshots as confirmation of the work
performed during their internship to the school. A copy of the PwC Professional global career progression
framework is below for your reference. To protect the privacy of our employees, PwC does not disclose
feedback in written or verbal form to external parties.

In addition, if Vinayak receives an offer of full-time employment upon successful completion of his/her
summer internship, he/she will be invited to attend Launch, PwC's internship milestone event, over the
course of three days between August 3, 2016 and August 17, 2016. Exact dates will be communicated to
the intern during his/her internship.
Vinayak Banavi has signed an employment agreement with us for this period and we look forward to
him/her joining our firm for the summer.
