Description: Share Incentive Plan is a scheme which allows investors to invest in a mutual fund a certain amount of
money over a period. This system is continuation of Capita Share Save. This includes investors buying
share awards. These share awards are managed by trustee, which are moved to investors when they
invest in a plan.
Responsibilities:

 Understanding the Business Requirement Documents from the Business and convert them into the Program Specs for
further development by team
 Instrumental in development of the application in form of Request for Change (RFC)
 Accountable for managing Risks, Cost, Schedule and Efforts within the pre-approved budget
 Creating Unit and System Integration test cases

Title: CAPITA PRISM – SHARE SAVE

Description: This product suite is designed for maintaining company stock options. It takes care of entire process
starting from scheme offering, inviting applications, processing applications, issuing stocks, tracking
miss-payments, maturity request capturing ,exercise execution for processing maturity request , leaver
processing, interest and bonus calculation. Stocks can be maintained for single company and also for
group companies. It also has feature for importing data from external resources through .csv files. PRISM
is basically a single integrated next generation system of three current systems used within Capita
Registrars and Capita Share Plan Services.

Title: GUCCI
Description: Gucci found in 1921 is one of the leading organization for luxury clothes and accessories for men and
women. It is a world renowned brand with its customers all throughout the world and has been growing
since it launched its ecommerce website and implemented a model for multiple ways to buy and pursue
the brands. Sopra Group implemented Oracle ERP for Gucci where in they maintain the website and all
the orders from the website are processed at the OM module of Oracle apps. The number of transactions
makes it quite a complex process and a platform of learn ability.
