Deep Dive Mobile Development with Office 365

Sander Berkouwer gave a presentation on Azure AD Connect. Azure AD Connect is used to synchronize on-premises Active Directory with Azure Active Directory. It uses express or custom settings. Under the hood, it uses a MetaVerse, connector spaces, and rules to synchronize attributes and objects between Active Directory and Azure AD. Azure AD Connect can also be used to manage Active Directory Federation Services and hybrid join devices. Migrating Active Directory forests while using Azure AD Connect requires attention to the mS-DS-ConsistencyGUID attribute to ensure proper object matching.
