DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
I, GLORIA B. SALVADOR, of legal age, Filipino, widow, and a residence and
postal address at Mataoroc, Minalabac, Camarines Sur, for and in consideration of
the sum of THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 350,000.00),
Philippine Currency, to me in hand to my full satisfaction by:
RODOLFO B. BALUNSO, Jr., of legal age, Filipino, married to Trixie Canicula
and with residence and postal address at 907 Maharlika Highways, Santiago, Pili,
Camarines Sur, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, and by
these presents, do hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER, and CONVEY ABSOLUTELY
FOREVER, unto the said RODOLFO B. BALUNSO, Jr., his heirs, succesors and
assigns a certain parcel of land situated in Manapao, Minalabac, Camarines Sur,
consisting a total area of EIGHT THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED (8,800) Square
meters, which is more particularly and tentatively described as follows:
