9. Graham brings several cycles of political fundraising experience
to Capital Campaign’s DC office. He started his campaign career
with Scott Brown for U.S. Senate in 2009 and Charlie Baker for
MA Governor in 2010. He worked as a communications operative
with Montagne Communications on Congressman Charlie Bass’
campaign in New Hampshire before working with conservative
talk show host Todd Feinburg back in Boston. Graham also served
as a page for the Republican National Convention in 2008 and as
an alternative delegate for John McCain during that convention.
Graham’s prior work in Washington DC includes lobbying work with
Whitmer & Worrall LLC in partnership with Kemp Partners. During that
time, Graham focused on transportation lobbying projects, proceed-
ings from Capitol Hill, and key issues to support clients’ interests.
Graham attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX where
he earned his BA in Political
Science. He gained local ex-
perience by working with Don Huffines for Texas Senate and John
Wray for Texas House. The Huffines campaign beat out a 22-year
incumbent while the John Wray campaign went into a run off and
also won.
In 2014 Graham went back to do major fundraising for Scott Brown’s
U.S. Senate Campaign in New Hampshire. Following that campaign, he
joined newcomer Mark Plaster M.D. in Maryland to form and fund-
raise for his Congressional Campaign. After 9 months of building out
Dr. Plaster’s campaign structure, Graham hired a Campaign Manager
and went on to pursue his passion of political fundraising over at
Capital Campaigns. Graham continues to fundraise for Dr. Plaster
amongst other clients.

11. CALIFORNIA FUNDRAISING
“Not many people understand the complexity of raising money statewide in
California. Anne and her staff at Capital Campaigns put together a remarkable
fundraising plan, executed it with perfection, and raised more money for the
California Victory 2000 campaign than anyone had expected.”
-Jim Brulte, Former State Senator, Current Chair, California Republican
Party
Simply, there is no other fundraising company in the United States that combines this level of
talent, experience and knowledge. Our team has not only represented a majority of all Republican
campaigns for President in the last 35 years but also state and local races in over 30 states in
America.
Our focus is to work with candidates at all levels along with their respective staffs to raise the bar
on the most important and crucial part of electing strong leaders—fundraising!
“With more than 40 years experience at National and State levels, the first
tactical move I make is to recruit Anne and her team. She is my number one draft
choice. She has 35-plus years in the political business and has compiled the best
team anywhere. Any campaign she's involved with has a winning edge.”
-Ed Rollins, Campaign Manager, Ronald Reagan for President
Former White House Political Director, Political Strategist and News Commentator
As the largest political donor state in the country, California is an important part of any national
fundraising effort. Capital Campaigns has played a vital role in raising unprecedented funds in
California for presidential campaigns, national committees, statewide campaigns, initiatives and
targeted Gubernatorial and U.S. Senate campaigns across the country.
California’s Republican donors know and trust the work of the Capital Campaigns team. Candidates
are afforded the opportunity to reach a broad range of donors throughout the state, as well as
extending a footprint across the western United States.
Capital Campaigns’ fundraising efforts allow re-election candidates to utilize time away from the
capitol and their constituents effectively and efficiently, while new candidates are offered the ability
to raise not only their profile, but the campaign funds necessary to win their race.

“I asked Anne to energize and ex-
pand the team that had successfully
produced the event in previous
years. In less than a few months,
the team was in place, new Chair-
men were recruited and entertain-
ment was scheduled. Most impor-
tantly, we have a critical element
of our fundraising program – ‘The
New Millennium Ball’ - on the cal-
endar raising significant dollars for
research and scholarship pro-
grams.”
-GERALD LEVEY, M.D.
For four years, Capital

relationship with California’s

2006, UCLA’s new I.M. Pei designed hospital opened

efficiency and has an acute understanding of how to maximize the involvement of
her event and project chairs. I can depend on her to organize and manage my time,
follow-up with my peers, keep me apprised of our progress in a timely and
articulate fashion, produce letters and written materials, manage the actual event
professionally… In short, I know the job will get done and get done well. Not only
do I recommend her and the excellent staff of Capital Campaigns, I cannot
imagine doing an event without them.”

TO: Anne Hyde Dunsmore RE: Post-Event Depression
“Just to recap, I think that you first suggested, and then produced and pulled off
an event which took a lovely yet provincial local broadcaster, to a media force in
the second largest market in America while you raised money, wrangled rock
stars, got a divorce, listened politely to my insane ideas, and emptied the pockets
of every donor south of Fresno. Yes, that's exactly what you did and I expect you
to use that quote in your promotional material from now on. You don't have to
apologize for being crabby …”
