h) If the Complaining Party provides TheExtraAEdge with appropriate notification

remove or disable the material in question, or includes information concerning repeat
infringement, then TheExtraAEdge will forward the Complaining Party’s written
notification to such alleged infringer (“Infringer”) and shall take reasonable steps
promptly to notify the Infringer that it has removed or disabled access to the material.
27. Counter Notification Policy. If a user has received a notice of copyright or trademark
infringement, he/she may provide a counter notification (“Counter Notification”) by emailing
info@TheExtraAEdge.com, and including the following:

disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or

c) A statement under penalty of perjury that he/she has a good faith belief that the

between a heading and the underlying terms of this Agreement, the terms of these Terms
shall control.

However, certain technical difficulties and other factors outside of its control may, from time
to time, result in temporary service interruptions. Users agree not to hold TheExtraAEdge
liable for any of the consequences of such interruptions.
34. No Third Party Beneficiaries: Nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to
confer upon any third party any rights, remedies, obligations, or liabilities under or by reason
