Project focus is to maintain enterprise customer data management (for members,
processors, and affiliates) across MasterCard’s lines of business and this is entails the build out
of an enterprise data model to map organizations and their relationships across MPI, MPS, MDS,
and Bill Pay.

different modules like PLR Orders, PLR Sales, PLR Backlog, PLR SFDC, and PLR Power Quality. The
PLR project strives commercial excellence, and provides data analysis on sales & commercial
performance, orders forecast, Backlog information etc.
To provide central global database for all source systems where users can directly
check orders & sales amounts, cancel orders and backlog orders based on Product Hierarchy.

Coming to the project, This is a Real time Production Support project extending support
to users across North America & Latin America, on a ‘24X7’ time window for GE Industrial
activities. This being a support, a continuous and smooth support in the Manufacturing modules
should be ensured to the users. Interact with the heads both from the business and the project
side through various status calls ensuring proper communication flow to the client for their
concerns on various production support issues. Has to address their key support issues, analyze
their root cause, replicate them, solve and bring them to closure.
