The 4MAT System is a learning model developed by Bernice McCarthy that accounts for different learning styles. It proposes that there are four types of learners - imaginative, analytic, common sense, and dynamic - based on how they perceive and process information. The 4MAT System uses a circular model to guide learners through four quadrants that connect to learners, provide relevant information, offer practice opportunities, and allow creative adaptation of material. While it acknowledges individual differences, the 4MAT System itself is amoral and teachers must ensure all content and activities are purposefully moving students toward godly outcomes and conclusions aligned with biblical truth.

1. Individual Development Plan (IDP)
Due: 6/16
The purpose of this exercise is to:
Help you develop and improve goal-setting skills, a critical element for all facets of one’s personal and professional life;
Provide the opportunity for you to take personal responsibility for your development by helping you reflect on where you are and where you want to go for this term and beyond;
Serve as a guide for conversations between you and your mentors (internship supervisor and program advisor) to ensure that you are getting the help you need in achieving your goals.
Discuss your Individual Development Plan with your internship mentor so that he/she can provide appropriate assistance and guidance to you throughout the semester.
The plan has three parts that are described below. Each is a critical element of the goal-setting process.
Part 1: Analysis of Your Strengths and Areas for Improvement
In this section, you should answer a series of reflective questions as a way to assist you with identifying the strengths you should leverage, as well as areas of improvement. The format for responses to these questions can be in a narrative format or presented as a series of direct responses. Please review the questions in the Individual Development Plan Supplement at the end of this document for further guidance on this section.
Part 2: Summary of Goals and Action Steps
After you complete Part 1, you will create the goals section of your plan. The goals should be related to specific goals you want to accomplish this semester and should take into consideration your responses from Part 1. There are five areas we want you to consider. They include: Leadership, Professional Development, Civic Engagement, Academic Development, and Personal Growth. You should identify one to two (1-2) goals in each area, and then create two to three (2-3) specific action steps you will take to achieve each of the goals. You should have a total of eight to ten (8-10) goals. More guidance on each of the five areas is provided in the Individual Development Plan Supplement at the end of this document.
Part 3: Putting it all Together
After you have written your goals section, you will write a brief (100-200 word) summary explaining how the action steps you plan to take to achieve your short-term goals will enable you to ultimately accomplish your long-term plans as identified in Part 1. While writing your summary, be sure to indicate what resources you may need beyond this semester to accomplish your long-term plans.
II. Informational Interview
After the interview, write a reflection of your informational interview. Your reflection must address:
Who you interviewed (including the interviewee’s name, title and organization) and why you chose this person;
How the interview has helped guide your future career or academic choices;
How the interviewee’s process of understanding leadership impact your own definition and development of leadership;
How you prepared for this ...
Teachers’ perceptions and experiences using web 2.0 tools in the k 12 virtua...Donna Cady
This document summarizes a research study about teachers' use of Web 2.0 tools in K-12 virtual classrooms. The researchers conducted an anonymous online survey of 44 teachers and a follow-up blog discussion. The survey found that teachers were interested in using Web 2.0 tools but lacked training. It also found the top reasons teachers gave for not using these tools were lack of training and time. The discussion revealed teachers wanted more professional development opportunities to learn how to integrate these tools effectively. The researchers concluded that providing teachers with training and support was essential for the successful adoption of Web 2.0 tools in virtual classrooms.

Preparing for assessments
Content covered
Have enough knowledge on the university assessments before you start doing it.
Comments on readings/practice.
Making study plan and Managing time are the best method to have the peace of mind.
Most interesting points
Feeling organised when finish multiple assessments in the right time.
Most difficult points
Reading the academic articles and find the relative information that supports my topic, How to discuss more in depth.
· Introduction
The above session provided the best academic and coordination skills by explained the multiple essential tips of preparing properly for the assessments and considering the times determinant, which encouraged me to think and write professionally.
· Reflection Discussion on the study plan for assessments
As the English language is my second tongue, I have faced many difficulties with reading and writing academic articles. I found the above topic has a significant impact positively to prepare my assessments in advance, especially when it displays at the beginning of my first semester in the university. However, an ongoing experience on what I gained from this session has a huge impact on me. For instance, after this session, I organised a table that shows each type of the assessments separately, and each one has its basics and elements in its allotted box. As a result, while I’m doing my estimates, I refer to my table and find my structures ready, which helps me seize the time and be more skilled.
· Reflection Discussion on prepare well for my assessments.
As I'm in my first year at the university, I thought there was no need to have an entire assessments plan. Later on, I noticed that working on assessments without organising a plan affects the whole semester assessments, which might cause time conflict in the Assignments due date. I wasn't aware of how important it is the preparing and reading enough sources before start writing. However, Glancing and reading enough information can convert the assessment from stress work to exciting work, which will help set the scene and allow me to think critically and write academically. Based on the benefits that I acquired from the session, the critical thinking and in depth discussion in a particular topic will need to be supported by academic information from reading more articles and spend more time on this part of the work. After this session, I became able to organise my assessments, which allow me to have enough time to working on them and preventing some of the study stresses and cramming. Also, I have been able to take a period to refresh my mind and get my memory retention. However, there is no doubt that it encouraged me to provide the work in a prime manner. This experience will be beneficial in my subsequent semesters to develop my ability to be further organised in my study and aware of how to prepare before the assessments.

This document is a reflection by Prof. Jonathan Acuña Solano on creating content for an instructional design.
The professor reflects on working with an English language fellow to create video media for instructional purposes. Through this experience, the professor learned how resources can improve student understanding and learning.
The professor advises becoming independent in producing and analyzing educational resources, rather than depending on others. Self-teaching through courses or experimenting with trials and errors are recommended approaches.
Creating prototypes and finding solutions to problems that arise is an important learning experience for instructors, and how instructors can best provide resources to help students accomplish learning goals.
Heather Vancura and Bruno Souza have a new book out on the topic of how to have a successful and rewarding career as a software developer. The title of this session is the title of the book. This document discusses enhancing education through social media tools and digital literacy. It recommends starting simply, such as using interactive videos and discussions to promote understanding and collaboration. More advanced techniques include learner blogs, Elluminate for virtual meetings, and QR codes linking to online resources. The key is identifying existing tools, how to use them effectively, and determining new approaches that enrich learning while developing students' digital skills. Educators should evaluate their own abilities and readiness to incorporate relevant technologies.

Developing students’ employability skills through social mediaSue Beckingham
This presentation demonstrates how embedding social media and technology in the curriculum can develop graduate attributes and employability skills. It provides examples of using social media to engage with employers through professional networking and developing digital capabilities. Authentic learning experiences that involve online collaboration, communication, and multimedia creation can help students learn to use digital spaces professionally. Developing these skills is important because employers seek graduates with strong communication, teamwork, and digital skills, as the CBI report highlights dissatisfaction with graduates' workplace preparedness.

1. Individual Development Plan (IDP)
Due: 6/16
The purpose of this exercise is to:
Help you develop and improve goal-setting skills, a critical element for all facets of one’s personal and professional life;
Provide the opportunity for you to take personal responsibility for your development by helping you reflect on where you are and where you want to go for this term and beyond;
Who you interviewed (including the interviewee’s name, title and organization) and why you chose this person;
How the interview has helped guide your future career or academic choices;
How the interviewee’s process of understanding leadership impact your own definition and development of leadership;
This document is a newsletter from a course tutor providing updates on an online university course.

Ed Burns wrote a book on the same topic nearly fifteen years ago. In this 45-minute session, you will learn the most important parts of the the new book from the author of the old book. Ed brings the insight he gained from writing his book to the task of presenting Heather and Bruno's book which contains the lessons learned in interviewing a diverse selection of 26 successful developers. Between the authors of the two books and the interviews they conducted, there is over a century of developer career experience in this talk! This informative and fun session will give you some practical tips to improve your own career.

CRYPTOCURRENCY REVOLUTIONIZING THE FINANCIAL LANDSCAPE AND SHAPING THE FUTURE...itsfaizankhan091
Cryptocurrency, a digital or virtual form of currency that uses cryptography for security, has revolutionized the financial landscape. Originating with Bitcoin's inception in 2009 by the pseudonymous Satoshi Nakamoto, cryptocurrencies have grown from niche curiosities to mainstream financial instruments, reshaping how we think about money, transactions, and the global economy.
The birth of Bitcoin marked the beginning of the cryptocurrency era. Unlike traditional currencies issued by governments and controlled by central banks, Bitcoin operates on a decentralized network using blockchain technology. This technology ensures transparency, security, and immutability of transactions, fundamentally challenging the centralized financial systems that have dominated for centuries.
Bitcoin was conceived as a peer-to-peer electronic cash system, aimed at providing an alternative to the traditional banking system plagued by inefficiencies, high fees, and lack of transparency. The underlying blockchain technology, a distributed ledger maintained by a network of nodes, ensures that every transaction is recorded and cannot be altered, thus providing a secure and transparent financial system.

3. HOW AND WHY 10 ENCLOSED ARTEFACTS HAVE SUPPORTED THE DEVELOPMENT OF MY EMPLOYABILITY?(500 words)
The term employment means the acquisition of a variety of skills and a variety of personal improvements that help a student build a potential
career alongside future activities and the challenges that come along. I have tried my best to present some of the critical aspects of personal and
professional development and their characteristics in the portfolio illustrated in the report here. In this case, I need to develop 10 valuable
patterns well. Among the first patterns, I have tried to present my strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats through Swot analysis
development. I have been able to find areas to improve and increase my skills that need to be prepared for employment. There is an excellent
opportunity to properly join higher studies where the opportunity to develop communication skills through the building network is right for me. It
allows me to overcome my weaknesses and develop my skills to better compete in the job market. Second, my patterns refer to my plan (PDP)
designed to give serious attention and concern to skill development, communication skills, and concentration of study. Another important skill I
need for my personal growth that I am working hard for is stress management. Next time, time management skills is another valuable skill I was
trying to shape my future abilities for which I made a time-bound plan. It helps me develop my time management skills and removes the
weakness of delaying all academic behaviour. It helps me increase my personal care to provide concentration of study materials, which indirectly
helps create more work opportunities for me. Later, I developed my reading ability and strengthened it by reading and analyzing different
websites. The job market demands the ability to keep such analytics and measure the best results from internal data.
To develop my skills and competencies, I set my development plan in EpidemicCOVID-19, where I had to look for alternatives to study materials
and other learning resources. Next, I evaluated the source of the job-hunting space, where I found various social media platforms and LinkedIn.
The source and location of the job-hunt were assessed because it allowed potential employees to learn about the skills they need in the future
that I need to develop within myself. Then, to create references and other citations, I highlighted various aspects of Google Analytics in a job
appendix, and I had to present a job notification. All the steps I have taken have helped me better understand the work sector's requirements and
conditions. Finally, in Artifacts and Appendix 10, I tried to discuss an event related to the skills of the job market and the skills required for it. A job
fair was arranged where I participated and demonstrated the skills and abilities needed for future work trends in the market.

4. APPENDIX 1: My Personal SWOT Analysis(as a student of BNU)
STRENGTHS(strong points) WEAKNESSES (weak points)
1 Have good command over interpersonal and
communication skills.
1 I am raw in some areas as my work experience is very low.
2 Maintain strict skills in time management. 2 Lack of stress management skills and very weak.
3 I am gaining the skills to write about different topics
based on the content and the given scenario.
3 I have less confidence in my abilities.
4 Analyze multiple language skills and different areas of
language.
4 I cannot focus on the subject I am being taught, and I lack
concentration and constant focus.
5 Be confident enough and work hard. 5 There is a lack of knowledge of sophisticated technology, so there is
no skill in using the equipment.
OPPORTUNITIES (potential gains) THREATS (potential losses)
1 Demand for this speciality has grown significantly as a
result of recent corporate scandals.
1 High competition is keeping pace with the market.
2 Great opportunity to get higher education. 2 Changing to new technologies often reduces work performance.
3 There are opportunities to achieve skill development
programs
3 The cost of learning in institutions is exceptionally high.
4 Opportunity to increase networking for communication. 4 The internship is to be done without any salary.
5 Uses skills and resources to apply for jobs. 5 Lack of experience affecting recruitment

For example, I want to learn computers like Microsoft Office and code even though I major in health and social sciences.
Finally, the video deals with communication and the processes of thinking and speaking fluently. I have learned to

WORDS
This blog mainly focuses on learning skills and students' learning materials. The various study materials have turned out
to be resources that can improve my teaching ability and skills and directly contribute to my personal and professional
development. There are many lecture sheets and learning materials on both online and offline platforms. Resources
have been provided through various mediums such as lectures, videos, PowerPoint slides, notes, etc. I have access to
my organization's online library, where I have books and articles on self-development and relevant knowledge according
to my field. Interaction with teachers has a significant impact on learning. All of these together can contribute to having a
clear idea of the subject matter of the study.

Social Media
Networking makes the job hunting process much more manageable. Platforms like
Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Instagram, and Google Plus can easily communicate and
facilitate socialization. Various studies have shown that 40% of people can learn about jobs
through social media platforms. Posting on all these social media is a means of work
because it is a convenient process that reaches the maximum number and feedback.
(Importance of Social Media Sites to create the opportunity of jobs for the job seeker, 2021) 2021
ADVANTAGES DISADVANTAGES
Very convenient and easy to use. Creates transparency and biased results.
More visible and attractive to the directors and job seekers of the
organization.
There is a possibility of fraud, forgery and inaccurate information that
harass everyone.
Creating interactive platforms directly through online meetings and

Google Scholar is one of the most used and accessible information centres. It contains ebooks on
almost every subject. It has become one of the most significant academic searches globally that
helps students gain access to various data and statistics for their development or educational
purposes.

ADVANTAGES DISADVANTAGES
The popularity is high, and the user can use it with ease. In some parts, it is not extensive.
Excellent and informative resource library. It makes it harder to choose the most accurate one against many
options.
I am related to a routine and more interested in the source. One has to pay to get access to exclusive articles and journals.
Allows viewing of articles. Limited filter
Completely free search.
Conclusion
This platform is used to gather information according to my different chapter-related relevance. I log in through my laptop and go through files
with recent date stamps to ensure reliability and security. It helps me gain knowledge in many cases and makes us more interested in learning.
