VIDOS X Mobile Video Intercom App
VIDOS X is a mobile application designed for managing the Vidos video intercom system with Wi-Fi functionality. Specifically tailored for users with X, IPX, and 2IP series monitors that support call forwarding to smartphones, this app offers a range of convenient features.
The application enables users to connect their monitor to the Vidos cloud via home Wi-Fi network, redirecting calls directly to their smartphones. By scanning the QR code on their monitor, users can easily pair the app and configure the device to suit their preferences.
Once the simple setup is complete, users can enjoy various functions such as receiving audio/video calls from external stations worldwide, remotely opening gates and automatic doors, enabling/disabling motion detection notifications, viewing live feeds from gate stations and additional CCTV cameras in the system, reviewing saved events, and accessing guest visit photos and videos.
Administrators have the ability to grant online access to other users, allowing them to also receive video intercom calls on their smartphones.
