Great theme, great support. After pinpointing an issue related to WP Rocket and JavaScript defer, they helped us locate which file was to be excluded, and they were super available as they replied to our support email only 2 hours after we reached out to them.

Charlie is great to work with and fixed an issue on the backend of our website to better integrate with Merchant Pro. I look forward to using the other features from this plugin. There seems to be a lot of cool functions that we can use.

I am a happy customer of the Sydney and new Themeum LMS themes. The themes are well thought out and comprehensive in terms of options. I am impressed with the world class support. The theme is very good, in the last updates there have been many improvements. The technical support offers prompt response and gives solutions, precisely after the last updates I have had some errors with the theme, but every time I contact them, they give me solution.

Excellent theme support. Had an issue with a random image displaying on the right hand site of my website. The support team managed to sort this so quickly and it was a very easy fix that I would do myself, with their instructions. Many thanks. Highly recommend.

I only have experience with the Botiga theme. The theme is well thought out and comprehensive in terms of options. I am impressed with the support. If something is not possible they admit it immediately and don't beat around the bush. The possible improvements are immediately put on a wish list.
Support really does its best to help just a little bit further than strictly necessary.

The theme is excellent and customer support is fast and very helpful. I am deducting the one star as things have gone wrong after updates a couple of times. That said, AThemes customer support has fixed the errors very quickly each time. Would highly recommend.
