About
As long as I can remember, I have been interested in people – how we behave, how we communicate. Not a day goes by that I do not observe something new, something surprising. I have pursued this interest in my professional career with a Master of Science (MSc) in Human Factors and a Professional Doctorate in Engineering (PDEng) in UX design.
Always eager to share my knowledge through talks and workshops, I am enthusiastic about pioneering, CX, service design, psychology, and ethics. I feel most comfortable in high-paced, innovative environments, loving the challenge of creating products and services that are both useful and meaningful to individuals.
